Kolors — I'm complaining on weight loss treatment fraud

I here wanted to bring to your notice that I have joined kolors for treatment for weight loss Initially when I joined they gave me basic treatment saying that this is best and promised to help reducing my weight of 30 kgs. So I started initially few days it went ok but all the time every person who attend me for massage and treatment start bugging me saying that why did u take this treatment take for higher one some kryo Or other procedures. I kept hearing and started ignoring them. So in between once pandemic started and there were no services. After when things are getting better Ms. Sandhya called me and asked me to upgrade my services which I was not interested but still she bugged me like anything and finally to convince I have to paid extra 25000 and upgrade the services. Then again I started going to services they again started informing about kryo and forced me each and everytime I went to take a service. I never never never had a peaceful service ever. In all these service no one gave me a proper appropriate service they always run back of me to upgrade and pay extra bucks. One fine day I call it harrasment they were just behind me to update to kryo and pay 1-2 lakhs more and started to suggest me take a loan in spite of me telling them that I am already in deep financial trouble they still started Harrasing me soo much. And once I was not getting convinced Ms sandhya started telling me that these all what I am doing will not work only kryo will work and if you try loosing weight with NSL and body massage will give gain back double weight than this. And forced me to sign up for kryo. I was soo depressed me and my husband wanted to file a complaint on this. I complete lost respect or intrest in Kolors with so much of respect and trust inspite of my financial difficulties I joined kolor to gain my health back but you guys have put pressure and mental harrasment. I need a justice and a solution and better a refund of my money that I paid. I better be fat rather than undergoing this mental pressure from kolors.
