Kolors — Porur branch for cheating in weight loss treatment

I have taken kolors weight loss service at porur branch under manager Subhashini. Before joining she made me 100 of calls and promised me that under kolors treatment I will lose 15kgs in 3 month but nothing happened. I know mistake is mine to fall as a prey but losing weight was my major concern.But after regular sessions and diet nothing nothing happened.she started some stories and started avoiding my calls and if at all she was there in place she will hide and inform to receptionist that she can't meet me.I really frustrated I don't know how to handle the situation I took loan and paid 27000. Its really a huge amount for a middle class girl. Please do the needful if possible.
