I have taken hair treatment and weight loss in kolors, after 1st wave lockdown, I have taken appointment and I visited kolors, suddenly they told that your card is not available and I have informed them to call me back asap you will find the card, after 4-5 days I only called, for that they told your treatment is expired and you have to take new one by paying amount, after that I have I called customer care, branch etc but no response from them. I lost my money totally
