    I placed order for pigmentation syrum, paid the 510/- amount on 29june. The product not yet reached me. And there is no response for our call. Now I want to cancel the order, refund me back.

      This is happen in omr branch .they allowed a men in female section when a client was there

      No safety for female clients .. Mrs saranaya slimming manager responded in a wrong way when I questioned them about a men inside a female section.
      Till no no proper response from kolors.. even in customer care they r simply disconnecting the call..

        I went to kolors for consultation and paid the fee for that. I asked for the product they are going to use for me and it's expiry date but they told they won't reveal that one. Inspite of my money paid 5000 as advance for the treatment as they told like this the very next day I told to cancel my service because of this and complained through phone and mail. But still I didn't received my money back. They are compelling some other service to take for the amount. But I am not interested to take any other further service

        Not yet resolved the above issue. No one called from kolors customer care till now.
        My complaint is about anna nagar chennai branch. I want the refund. They told they won't reveal the brand and expiry of the product which they are going to use me which is not a ethical one. Don't want to proceed further for other service which they are compelling me to take after the complaint mails to them. No solution still.

            Kolors has taken amount from me on jan 2020, and have never called me for service and when I call them they don't pick up the call. And I have paid 1, 40000 and they have mentioned only 110000 and reduced the treatments. To be given, if we ask, they are giving some lame reasons.

              I am Zacharias From Hosur. I took Slumming Pack in the month of Feb 2021. When I gone for cobsultation that Time I had 84 kg. They are Promissed me that with in 2 Month My Weight Got Reduced 16 Kg. That time I was Paid Around Rs 12000/- Kolors Team only Offered me a Loan My Total Packages is Rs 68000/- Remaing Amount is Been loan.

              Porur branch for cheating in weight loss treatment

Before joining she made me 100 of calls and promised me that under kolors treatment I will lose 15kgs in 3 month but nothing happened.               I paid rs 35000 for weight loss session.. After I paid, my mother become ill and admitted in hospital... later 3 months, At that I called them, am unable to continue my treatment, so I withdraw it.. make a repayment.. even when I paid, they called me continuously about payment..                 There are no professionals to give the treatment.

                  I have taken hair treatment and weight loss in kolors, after 1st wave lockdown, I have taken appointment and I visited kolors, suddenly they told that your card is not available and I have informed them to call me back asap you will find the card, after 4-5 days I only called, for that they told your treatment is expired and you have to take new one by paying amount, after that I have I called customer care, branch etc but no response from them. I lost my money totally

                      Such a fraud company, who just cheats their customers after getting money in the name of weight loss but cheat them with some stupid process which is not going to help the people at all, .. I have been cheated for 15, 000 by this company, joined by April 1st week for weight reduction.. completely waste of this treatment..when I ask for refund, they are not ready to give and I do see each and every ppl who visits that place are complaining about their worst service they provide.

                        I’ve paid 50, 000 for the service two weeks back after getting the amount ur staffs behaviour is too bad not giving the proper response or reply which is making more irritating, is this ur service before getting up the amount talking so sweet and after getting the payment treating like a ###! Very very bad I’m calling ur staffs more than 20 times no body is helping me out I have to travel from vellore to Chennai for the treatment, Your staffs are speaking too rude I have done only one service with u people I need refund now

                          I am a customer in kolors and I am taking treatment in kolors from 2019. In the joining I have taken 60 sittings and I am a student. After lockdown nobody informed about when kolors is open or already opened. And after lockdown I have exams and I written my exams. After my exams I went to kolors and they told me that your card vaamountlidity is completed so you need to pay 12, 000 then only your card validity will be improved. Why I need to pay the amount because nobody informed to me about validity then why I pay the . In the joining itself also they don't told me about validity. This is an serious issue.

                              Hi

                              Went to Kolors for weight loss program

                              Initially they asked me to pay 5k for body check up I have refused to pay then they convinced me that this 5k will be reduced from package amount so I said ok for it

                              Post which they have suggested me to reduce 20kg which will be perfect shape for me

                              I was shocked Bec I weight around 70kg and 5.7ft tall with age of 30

                              They started to show some crazy customer feedback’s on seeing that I can guess it’s all framed customer feedback

                              They quote me a bill of 25-30k for 20kg weight loss

                              After seeing such unprofessional behaviour and in hygienic clinic I have walked out with 5k loss instead of 30k loss

                                Last month before last month I enquire in kolors about skin and hair services, at that time I am in andhra, and after that with in a week I came to Maharashtra for my office Purpose, and as I am receiving lot of calls I said that, actually I am having a serious requirement I enquired for my hair particularly, and I requested that I'll visit next month, because u am out of town, so jst contact me next month or I'll contact you once I'll back to my hometown. Then also I am receiving calls continuously.. it's very irritating seriously. I am sorry to say this, now I don't want to visit. I'll choose some better option.
