I was researching about my problem in google and was looking into KOLORS website . They took few details of mine and i got a call from KOLORS executive by name Sai and John . They litreally forced me to go and have consultation with doctor and know about my problem. I’m laasya mukund, I’m undergoing weight loss treatment.
I want to complain about how the service is and I’m having blood clots on my waist, thighs and next to my navil,
I try to report the issue two but the behaviour was bad how do we get a report for the bruise on my body, it’s discoloured and painful,
Also there is no improvement in the weight loss or any good result...

I have paid for coolsculpting procedure. Instead of placing the probes for 30-40 mins they were placed only for 20 mins. And post treatment massage was not done. Counselling was not done. 8 probes were promised to be places on thighs but only 6 probes were placed. Lower back and banana of the buttock was not covered. Im a doctor and I know how the treatment works. When I asked about this the team is not picking up my call and not reverting...

I have joined in weight loss treatment n I regret to inform you that I found no change..
Still a few sittings are pending..
Now I'm not interested to continue..
I just want a refund or convert these sittings to beauty treatment with out any additional charges....

This company is cheating with the people who is coming for health treatment without there proper knowledge they r getting our personal documents without informing the proper details and they are convincing the client to take treatment products without our knowledge. Worst customer service you have . I'm calling your customer care support from last 4 days . They are disconnecting the call instead of providing solution they are teaching customers how to talk . I need to cancel the Bajaj Finance EMI network card which is submitted through few wrong information.
I have been offered Cryo package of 70K in which i paid down payment of 30K and the rest amount is through EMI.
But the transaction payment details and product type offered is entered wrong by Kolors kothapet branch. Also my marital status is entered wrong.
Please cancel that and let me know.

I was going thru your website and was checking few details in online Chat.
I never requested an call back, but getting unnecessary calls continuously due to which unable to do our own work. This is such a bad experience imposed on customers...

Kolors is really a fraud company. They don't give your money back if you have done your payment and don't want to continue with them. Their process is really bad. They force people to follow the clue less process. They don't want any client interaction as their truth will be revealed....

Dear Team, i ahve taken consultation on 31 dec 2020, and that time consultant told me all details and promise me she will give 30 sessions for 15 kgs weihht loss for rs 42000 and if i didnt see results they will refund the amount. I was unable to take services due to my health issues and was strictly suggested by doctor to immediate discontinue my services at Kolors. My health conditions were not supporting me. I told Kolors regarding my condition and asked for a refund. They promised refund but haven't yet refunded the money and don't answer proper calls. Please provide a solution immediate....

I don't feel better in the sessions and i am not any need now to do the weight loss program, as i have done only 10% sittings, i want my rest of refund or compensate it to another program....
