Dear Sir,
I Have made payment of Rs.26995.00 to KOLORS HEALTH CARE PVT LTD located at Madurai Anna Nagar branch on 06.08.2017 for Slimming treatment through my SBI CREDIT CARD for which i have been still paying the interest at 40.00% per annum but i attended only one class, due to office exigencies i am unable to attend classes. So i went to Madurai Anna Nagar branch on Friday 24.11.2017 and explained the status and asked her for refund but the lady manager explained me that "Refund option is not available in our company whereas you go for some other beauty, fitness, etc., treatment or you can transfer the treatment to your well known and get back the money from them" for this i replied that " i don't have any such relatives or friends to take this treatment so you kindly refund back the money" but she refused. So i requested her that " If you are unable to handle the issue please give me your higher officials contact details" but the reply from her was " No Sir i don't have the authority to disclose the contact details of higher officials instead i will contact them and call you back in this regard" so i was satisfied. But since i did not receive any reply i again visited the Madurai Anna Nagar Branch today 26.11.2017 and inquired about this to the lady manager, she replied that their operations manager Mr. B. Radhakrishnan is available here and he will handle the problem and after that he attended me and again i narrated what happened and also gave the same reply as the Lady Manager gave " Refund option is not available in our company whereas you go for some other beauty, fitness, etc., treatment or you can transfer the treatment to your well known and get back the money from them" for this i replied that " i don't have any such relatives or friends to take this treatment so you kindly refund back the money" but he refused. So again i requested him that " If you are unable to handle the issue please give me your higher officials contact details" but the reply from him was " No Sir i don't have the authority to disclose the contact details of higher officials this is our company rule" and then i said that "i am going to raise the complaint against you " for that he replied me that " sorry sir you can raise the complaint sir but i cant disclose my higher officials contact details". Your staffs behavior in this regard is very atrocious and i am really depressed and worried about this. I asked to him whether Grievance Department is available with your company for this his reply was "Yes Sir" then would you please give me their contact details for that he gave the same reply as later " No Sir i don't have the authority to disclose the contact details of higher officials this is our company rule" which was very disgusting and then i went off from there. I cant understand how customers can clear their doubts if the higher officials in the cadre of Managers and Operations Managers are Educated like this to handle the customers and what type of structure you have adopted to address the grievance of the customers i need an clear and correct explanation in this regard. I hereby kindly request you to refund my money back to my account with a COMPENSATION for the mental worries, damages and inconvenience caused. I request you to send me reply within 15 days from the receipt of this mail. This is for your kind information.

Brother same issue for me also I have a medical issue so that I am not able to continue the treatment on kolors madurai anna nagar branch. They told me the same answer.
