Kolors — Regarding transfer weight loss treatment to dandruff treatment

I am Kavyasri visited Kolors Vijayawada Branch on Oct 14th for enquiry about weight loss treatment. But they manipulate me and made a payment of 12, 000/- and remaining as EMI Amount, Total - 60, 000/-. At that time I am in maternity leave so i have a free time to attend the sessions. Right now I am again rejoined in my position and there is no time for weight loss treatment. I have severe dandruff problem so i am asking for transfer weight loss treatment to dandruff treatment. I am not asking for refund. Transfer one treatment to another treatment.But there are not responding properly and they said there is no possibility of transfer one to another. Please resolve it ASAP.
