My sister took a laser hair treatment in kolors Davangere, the staff never said anything about the amount is not refundable. Even though we asked her if we want to stop the treatment what to do, she said you can stop when ever you want. We went to kolors asked about refund she said we won't give refund you can complain anywhere you want and we decided she made us fool and made money fraud. We paid a bill of 1.5lakh and we took 2 sessions treatment, for one sessions it cost 10k but she took 15k even we showed the website details, she saying with confidence that you can go to anyone we won't refund your money.

Here I am requesting for help from anyone. Please 🙏 help

Hi. I am another victim of Kolors Adyar, Chennai branch. Paid 80000, took only 1 session. Got skin burns. Asked for refund. They denied. We should take action against them. We are paying our hard earned money to them and we cant leave them so easily. Pls contact me at 9496490936

    I'm Nandhakumar, I have visited Kolors Health Care Coimbatore branch on 2nd July 2022 and consulted about a Dandruff treatment. They given a treatment for HFT but i couldnt see a improved and one lady give a suggestion to changes a treatment PRP to another account details, but i told with her already i paid the HFT treatment that amount what should be happened she told me dont worry we cancel the HFT treatment (2400) to add up on PRP totally you want to pay (6250) only but this month there take a money both treatment HFT + PRP i informed with her she not reply proper. I want to stop my sessions, so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank. Since i should not undergo that treatment and haven't took the service from Kolors, i have requested for refund. grievance to get amount of rs 2695 refunded as service not at all received but paid.

      I am Kavyasri visited Kolors Vijayawada Branch on Oct 14th for enquiry about weight loss treatment. But they manipulate me and made a payment of 12, 000/- and remaining as EMI Amount, Total - 60, 000/-. At that time I am in maternity leave so i have a free time to attend the sessions. Right now I am again rejoined in my position and there is no time for weight loss treatment. I have severe dandruff problem so i am asking for transfer weight...

      Hi I'm Amrutha I joined kolors in August I started for beauty and personal I want to stop my sessions because after the first session my fore head colour had changed to black colour so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank....

      I had purchased a product of beauty and personal for acne and dark circles treatment after first session my fore head colour had changed in black colour and i am not willing to continue the session. Requesting to refund the which I had paid

        At the time of the payment for my treatment Swati the lady from reception told me that i will only have 8000 per month deducted and there will no cost EMI and no extra charges will be deducted and she swiped my debit card. Now they deducted 2000 extra and i went to ask them for refund they either say this or that person is not available or accounts team is not available or it will take two more weeks to get the refund and gave me a number to contact. The guy named Narasimha gave me his contact and told to call him and said it would get resolved. I have been trying to reach him for 2 weeks now and he hasn't my single call. Even if i call the clinic directly they say they will make him call back and no one calls back. This has been happening for 2 weeks now. And this is the worst customer service they can ever give.

          I enquired kolors for face scare they told me 15 k pacakage is enough they will provide 6 sitting but i have result only 60 percent now they told me additional payment needed for full result but at the time of booking they told me we are responsible for that your problem now they told me cant do anything i am realy unsatified is this way u r treat your clint. You only know our skin type after payment the change their words. Need a solution for me

              Dear kolors team
              On date 04 October 2022 We visited on indore kolors centre and they had charged us rs 250 rupees and then they appointed a councillor miss Sunita .
              Who gives us councilling is about to laser process and we told her all ours history i.e. My wife have more growth of hairs because she suffering from PCOD in which growths of hairs is a normal symptom & also told her that we have plan to shift my job location within 2--3 months.
              As per her councilling she told us that they are two process :_-
              1. Reduction:-
              in which she told us completed removal of All hairs but we not give you a bond paper in which that is mentioned but your totally hair removed.

              2.Removal :-
              In which she told us totally removal of all hairs and we gives you a bond paper in which mention all that things.

              On next day (05 October 2022) we again visited the indore kolors centre and before laser process start Dr. Told us that in laser you hair not remove properly.you have not find any results in laser process till 15 session while in ours package had only 10 session.so on that time she suggested me for combo pack but that is not my budget .so we decided that councillor give us false information so we told him to refund my all money. But she told us that their manager is on leave so plz come tomorrow and talk about our manager.so on next days we are busy in some personal work and next day I visited their centre and after long conversation we not find any results and she gives this email id to share all concerned.

              So dear kolors teams
              I hope that you understood all my concern and plz refund my all money.otherwise we have not any ways without consumer court.
              I hope you support me and give me solutions and I promised you if gives me solutions then in future when combo pack is my budget then I only goes to kolors centre.
              If you have any concern then call me any time .I am available for you and I am waiting for your response and I hope you resolve the issue as soon as possible. I share with you the payment slip .

                I visited Kolors Kothapet clinic on 2-10-22 for weighloss treatment. The manager chaitanya gave me details abt the package and offered me 15sessions for 34000. I have told her I will think and get back to you. I have told them you guys given wrong Amt promotion online as 9999 and after visit different package. She discounted to 25000 after lot of discussion and informed I will think abt this but forced me to take the package and pay the money immediately. As she did not even let me think and decide I paid for the package as she promised 5kg with15 sessions. She also forced me to start the session and took the service. Once I took the service, the service was all abt forcing me to change my package to pay more and change to different package. There own staff mentioned me that the package I paid is not worth and change the package. The service was just few mints massage and 1 hour steam. I request refund as the treatment is not worth and the amount they are charging for steam is way to much with not guaranteed weighloss. The whole staff there just worry abt people to pay and join. They are forcing us to join by not allowing to leave.

                  We have went for weight loss service.. They are taking BMI report and started telling how many sitting to come based on that they are charging heavily near 25, 000 INR. However the consulting doctor or person is very heavy and she is money minded.. Even coimbatore branch entire team is unprofessional right from Receptionist, consulting person, branch lead manager, therapist.. Very very unprofessional.. The rooms are unclean.. They use same towel, belt for everyone.. So there will be chance of spreading virus. And they don't maintain proper records for appointments.. Very poor service.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding transaction of 80000/- rupees amount. I have visited Kolors Kothapet branch on 12th sept, 2022 and consulted about weight loss management program. They manipulated me and made us to pay 80000/- amount and they said we have only offer today and no one informed us about refund policy.

                    Due to work from home concerns, we are moving to hometown village on extending my work from home. We didn’t undergo the treatment and have not taken the service from Kolors.

                    Hence, We are requesting amount of Rs.80000/- refunded as service not at all started but we paid.

                    Please look into the matter and do the needful

                      Hi Team,
                      I am from Kakinada taking services from April 2022 for lazer and electrolysis hair removal treatment.
                      I was initially told that after 4 sessions of Lazer l, electrolysis will be strated.
                      Later after 4 sessions they told that the gel is not available and electrolysis will be painful without, so to go with lazer then. Later for 2 other times they told that the electrolysis machine is not available or it is not working and is under repair. This has been going on from 2-3 months and not a single electrolysis session is done. I demand my rights and I am happy to escalate to any level.
                      Hope you all do value your money and everyone else do and expect the promised services met in time.
                      Tell me how you are going to compensate my time and money and if the machine would be ready and available at Kakinada kolors branch asap.

                        Am Harshitha from Hyderabad am recently joined in kolors weighloss treatment, after 3 treatments i suffered from stomachache and am thyroid patient, i want to stop my treatment, i approch to the kolors branch manager where I have joined so he said amount should not be refundable, and i need my payment back.please help me and i haved payed 10, 000/- and remaining amount kolors suggest me to take loan that loan is amount 40, 000/-and
                        i already cleared my loan with the help of friend and relatives, am facing many issues in my personal life as an orphan and now i resigned my job also because of too much stress and pressure.and one more thing is actually i don't want to join in kolors when I approch them, just i tried to get information how they do this process, so I went there but there one of the employee (HARINI)of kolors manipulated me alot about my body after she explained me i get fear about my body and health seriously, and help me please because am an orphan girl i need see myself no one there for me, help me out of this trap please...

                            నేను మా టివి యాడ్ చూసాను అందులో 10kg వరకు 9999 రూపాయలు మాత్రమే అని టివి లో చూపించారు అది నాకు నచ్చి నేను KT road Tirupati లో వున్న కొలర్స్ కి వచ్చాను నేను చుసిన అపర్స్ చెప్పాను వాళ్లు నాకు అపర్స్ ఇవ్వలేదు వేరే వేరే ప్యాకెజ్ చెపుతున్నారు, నా వయస్సు 36 ఎత్తు 171 cm నా బరువు 86kg నేను తాగవలసిన బరువు 15kg మాత్రమే టివి లో చూపించిన ప్యాకేజి ఇవండీ అడిగితె బయపెటిస్తున్నారు మీకు అందులో 1kg 2kg తగుతారు మేము రేడు సిటింగ్ మాత్రమే ఇస్తాము ఇంకా ఇవ్వము అని చెపుతున్నారు, ఒక్క సిటింగ్ లో 1/2కేజీ నుండి 1కేజీ వరకు బరువు తగుతారు అని చెపుతున్నారు మరియు రెండు సిటింగ్ లో 10కేజీ వరకు ఎలా తగుతారు ఇలాంటి తప్పుడు యాడ్స్ ఇవ్వడం ప్రజలకు మోసపూర్తిగా వున్నది చాలా మంది ఆశతో వస్తారు వచ్చినవారికి ఇలా మోసం చేయడం సారి అయినదికాదు. నాకు 10కేజీ ప్యాకేజి లో ఎన్ని సిటింగ్స్ ఇస్తారు అవి చెపితే నేను జాయిన్ అవుతాను నేను ఆల్రెడీ 500రూపాయలు కటాను కఠిన దానికి బిల్ కూడా నాకు ఇవ్వలేదు నా సమస్యలు త్వరగా పరిష్కరించండి నా పేరు నారే మహేంద్ర నాయుడు మొబైల్ నెంబర్ [protected] తిరుపతి లో వుంటాను

                                We are made to pay as a package initially later when we ask for a treatment they will never have that product, they will make us wait and later they say their is a better product and they will make us pay extra that to they will not use it fully later even that product will vanish, we would have payed for something they will bill it on something, if any side effects occurs post treatment they aren’t bothered, they are just money minded, bogus bills and seriously don’t know what only they do with the intended products, we will pay for a treatment but the machine will not work if asked they will not even know when only they will get it back, they don’t refund even for the service not rendered, especially Annanagar branch, wasted my money and spoiled my skin ..

                                  I wanted to do an enquiry on slimming treatment but somehow they made me swipe my credit card ₹1, 40, 000 for an advanced treatment on 4th Jun to lock the offer and started my therapy from 9th Jun. But during counselling we checked the product quality to be natural as I am allergic to artificial fragrance. They promised that the product are tested and suitable for sensitive skin. But on the first session itself I got skin rashes allergies due to oil used for massage. I met the counsellor and changed my program then they were approaching me go for additional add on product as later one will help only in inch loss and not the weight loss. I was totally collapsed and again discussed with therapist and dietician. They suggested to go for the registered one itself and asked me to bring my preferred oil and other utilities to safe guard my skin reaction. To be my bad luck still I am getting rashes as somehow have contacts on the oil during my therapy. I think I shouldn't have taken up this treatment, can you help me get back my money.. Along with me my hubby also took the face peeling treatment for ₹30, 000 deep pigmentation, even he is not satisfied as there is no improvement.. Can you please help us in get back our money? We are from middle class family
