    Many problems with Kolors (Miyapur Branch). I don't have any complaint number, as they don't have a service of logging customer complaints.
    I see it is not a trustworthy center that we should go for any treatment.
    1. Internal politics / games between the employees, had made a loss of Rs.70, 000/- to me. On 30th Dec 2021 for weight loss treatment.
    Some Harini explained 2 types of treatments (normal, cryo cool). Initially charged directly 1 lakh without even taking final confirmation from me. Then again she charged 1 lakh change.
    2. After requesting they have reverted the 1 lakh transaction and adjusted the same for 0% EMI for 12 months
    3. While taking the treatment, one of the executive suggested to take cryo probes treatment rather than 2 types of treatment. Suggested that I would need 30 probes for my weight loss. each probe costing 7000/-
    So the actual 2 lakhs which was billed they didn't adjusted. Rather charged additional Rs.80, 000/- for 0% interest through EMI for 12 months.
    in short I was at a loss of Rs.70000/-
    So, overall here is the bill. Rs. 280000/-
    100000 - through debit card
    180000 - EMI of 0% interest for 12 months.. i.e. Rs.15000/- per month.
    4. After one month on 3rd Feb, Rs.27037 was charged in my account as an EMI. Inquired with Bank and got to know that Amount is charged as EMI whose principal amount is 180000 which it was for Kolors.
    Despite of following on the same and next day i.e. 4th Feb 2022, no one is able to clarify how Rs.27037 is charged instead of Rs.15000/-.

    Other feedback given below.

    2. No proper planning for treatment settings. Every time customer only has to call and take the appointment. Based on the plan taken, shouldn't they prepare a plan based on customer details?
    3. EMI is a scam.. They say that it is 0% interest EMI, but my first EMI was 80% more than the actual EMI amount. Despite of complaining and asking for the updates, i see this useless executives not cared o[censored]pdating the details to the customer.
    4. Another big joke and joker is the customer feedback line i.e. [protected]. Though they said it is 24/7 but after 9 pm i don't see anyone picking the call. Tried almost 60 minutes (9 to 10 pm on 4 Feb). Initially no one picked, later it was kept in engage tone.
    5. Kolors are fit for ONLY ADVERTISING WITH CELEBRITIES AND NOTHING ELSE.
    6. Worse in customer services, they suck the customer money just like a leech (Jalaga).
    7. Totally disappointed with Kolors. Planning to cancel my treatment. But not sure how many more dramas they will play

      Actually I had an allergy after taking peels treatment in beauty department. So when I asked about that and a lady named Priyanka treated me too badly and spoken so much of harsh words towards me too. I like to raise a complaint against her speech

        I went to kolors for my laser hair removal treatment. I paid 28, 000for 9 seatings.they said to come 2weak once but after few seatings now even after 1and half month they telling me not to come because they didn't have the machine now .I really lost my patient . Literally I called many times but she didn't pick up my call thought she is in online after some hrs she saying that the machine will come in 10days...like that. But after 10days I call means that times also they saying like the machine was yet to come I will call u when it comes. And also my hair growth was worst. Before laser treatment my hair growth was thin but now improper hair growth and it is thick also. So please please refund my balance amount Rs 18, 667.

          Name of the agency - kolors health care pvt limited (Miyapur branch, hyderabad)
          Type of service - skin course

          Total amount -54000 and 52000
          On dated 30th jan 2022

          I had visited the agency kolors health care pvt limited for the skin course. When i visited that agency, they informed me regarding the course fee for the skin course.
          I told them it's not possible to avail the course, as i have some financial issues as well as i need to discuss with my family and my doctor before start that. So i informed them that i will visit next day if i will be interested for this course. But they started forcing me and informed me that the have some offer for that day only. I told them that i don't have money and may be i will not take this course because i have some issues.
          But they are telling that i can cancel this enrollment if i want.
          I asked them that if i didn't liked the services whether i can cancel the booking or not, they responded that i can cancel.
          As i told them due to financial issue i will be unable to pay the amount, so i will visit the next days for the booking confirmation if i need the service.
          But they forced me to enroll by that day because they had some offer and told me that i can pay via emi.
          They had also told me that i can cancel my emi within few days before the service start if i don't want this service.
          At the same time they asked me for my debit card and told that they have processed for the emi, as the emi amount is -6000 and told me that i can cancel the booking within few days if i want.
          The next day, i visited the office, i told them to cancel the booking.
          Firstly they had arguing with me after that they told me to give a letter,

          They had taken all membership card whatever they had given to me on the first day.
          As per consumer i haven't taken a single service from the agency, but they are deducting the emi amount, i have even contacted to the hdfc bank, they said me that till they will not get the confirmation from the merchant, how they can stop emi, as per consumer i wants to look into this matter, refund my amount and cancel the booking as soon as possible

          This is very bad, same happened to my friend as well, please go a step forward and raise a police complaint against them, hope they resolve your issue .
          @Navya srujana, try to get some update from them asap, and get your Emi cancelled before your cibil score gets affected and please share the same on your social media and educate your friends others if possible

          I thought of consulting kolors for my Hair treatment, "Never and ever" after reading this comment .

              Hi kolors team my problem was not resolved and it is marked as solved so please don't do this have to respond first ok first solve the problem 4months on wards I'm trying and complaining but there is no response.
              Hi I'm bhargavi I joined kolors in October I started for weight gain but loosing my weight I payed 80000 I want to stop my sessions because I got health issues so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank still there is no response from any one still no one get back to me not solved my problem

                How you people marked as resolved the problem even one time also didn't called are mailed me are msg me how people will mark thi as resolved fraud people 4months on word's I'm trying making complaint and still there is no response and reply such a fraud while joining no of times you people will cl ofter any complaint no responce at all don't join any one in this this people at least you people have to respond ok 80k is not an easy amount ok first solve the problem and mark it resolve without solving how you people mark this problem as solved.

                    I have paid 60000/- for full body laser treatment but no proper response from the branch and there r not giving good service also it's already completed 1 year but they are not completed my sessions and they r not responding correctly this is my such a bad service seriously I don't want any services ur side i want my money back they r not following up treatment even I'm calling also they r not responding. I waste my money it's Kolors clinic 😡😡😡😡

                      I have paid some amount of rupees in kolors then due some procees needs and lockdown I couldn’t join there as i changed my location from there. it didn’t get possible to travel back and in that case i asked customer care person the process of refund. None of them replied there is no response from kolors for the paid amount

                        This is Prasanna Prakash here, moreover I was working in abroad and came on my vacation by month of November and I have decided to lose my weight and joined on Kolors Health Care, Salem Branch on 13th Dec 2021.
                        Have paid initial payment of Rs.17, 000 through G-Pay and rest of amount Rs.48, 000 converted to EMI for 8 months with EzF Fianance Loan A/c no: EZF59127 (Sai Roshini Capital Pvt Ltd) .

                        Unfortunately due to Covid situation and lock downs heading upon current scenario, my company ask to resume back to duty on immediate basis on or before 10th Jan 2022. Hence could not continue anymore sessions further. Here I’m requesting to cancel Auto Debit / EMI which was linked with my Kotak Mahindra Bank account on or before 25th Jan 2022 without fail.

                        So consider this letter as requisition from my end and help to cancel this EMI process.
                        Looking forward to hear an positive feedback from your end as much as earlier. Have given letter to concern branch on 6th Jan, 2022, but still haven't received proper response from them.

                            Cancellation and stop on EMI

                            Very worst ...i need to discontinue for kolors, i paid already 17000/-and EZ finance loan 48000/- one due also passed... i asked for close my finance loan account, i went only 5 sittings .i cant continue because of my got job in abroad, but kolors side not accepting and no response ...I hereby kindly request you to refund my money back to my account with a COMPENSATION for the mental worries, damages and inconvenience caused. I request you...

                            I joined in Kolors Miyapur branch for cryo process there told it is advance treatment, you won’t gain weight at all after this process and I took atleast 30-40sessions and no use at all I didn’t loose atleast 1kg till now and wrong promises with Kolors employees and I raising this compliant to media as well

                                Hi I'm Kalaivani, I joined kolors (branch porur chennai) in November 2021. I started for slimming treatment and I paid 65000. Till one year i.e., Oct 2022, i didnt found any difference in the weigh and slimming. Thereafter, i need a plan and challenge for weight reduction and slimming or I want to stop my sessions so please help me to and or refund the amount as promised during the joining of the treatment. Also i didnt found any followup or good guidance during my treatment.
                                I'm sakthivel from Coimbatore there is weight loss loss 6 months waste of money waste of time to refund my amount 50000

                                  Hi Team

                                  I was taking treatment with your company for slimming. Now I will not be able to continue the treatment sessions due to personal reasons. As per consultation from Dr.Veena 50 sessions was suggested but I attended only 3 sessions till date (from 26-Oct-2021 to 7-Nov-2021) conducted by Sudhakar therapist.
                                  Discussed the same with Kolors Healthcare team at Salem, Tamil Nadu, one Miss.Saranya was informed about my discontinuation of treatment on 13-Nov-2021 from Salem branch of Kolors Health.

                                  When the treatment started your company charged me Rs.80, 339 with interest @16%p.a on EMI using my ICICI Debit Card dated 26-Oct-2021 amounting to Rs.87, 471 and it was processed by Paytm Company.

                                  Since I am discontinuing the treatment, I would like to cancel the EMI Charged on ICICI Debit Card processed by Paytm Company on behalf of Kolors Healthcare.
