Health sanctuary is a very fraud and cheat company, I am cheated by this company with false commitment, thay charge 26000/- for weight lose but totally disappointed they looted so many people.just waste time and money

Yes same story... The lady shubhi hussain is too dominating over its staff member and does not allow to even pee without her permission
She has taken over 50000 for weight loss program (All bills are with me) n for entire two months i was contacting them for appointment n finally they started cheating me on the timings of the sittings... They were giving me 10 mins of treatment for do called advance treatment on cryo
Absolute greedy n cheats they are... I was rediculed n finally left my treatment n my money

3 rd class service . I hv made payment of 34000 to health sentuary gk 1 . They said they wll reduce weight in one setion . They are talking payment accrding to person no fixed price .But nw they are nt giving services and no results . Plz return my money . I m vry disappointed . I wll raise a complain t against thm . They have taken money & next day closed the particular branch. They should inform in advance or provide proper services at other center the same services to them. I have joined preet vihar branch, suddenly they closed, then joined shanti vihar, taken more money again & then suddenly closed. Actually, cheating people, taking money & not providing services. Hard action should be taken against them. Lot of people are troubled due to them. They should return the money, i[censored]nable to provide proper services.

Health sanctuary is a fraud compny they looted money from client and their doctors cum sales mangers are helping them to make client fool.and without prior notice they closed the center and runaway and if we called in main center they never pik the call and if the pik also they started asking more money to renew the package.BS and The thing to notice is that they chage their staff after 15 days.In a time of 2 months I met 5 people there, even you can check their records.because they are not paying money to employess also.disgussting 👹👹👹👹👹

The attitude towards customers is extremely callous, uncaring and rude. I paid the full amount for treatment in July 2016 . I was promised six sittings, ending december2016. However, by 25th Dec I have had only 3 sessions which are not effective at all.
Their doctor( he's not really one) is mostly on leave, for weeks. The centre actually closed down for 2 months, without informing customers. Customers are never informed about cancellations or delays.
The staff is useless, I don't think they do any work other than gossip .
Every time my appointment is cancelled, at least twice. I have never been informed of it.
Extremely shoddy service and shoddy work. Unprofessional and fraudulent organisation.
I want a refund.

Ms bhawana - branch head - tagore garden of health sanctuary made false promises about services of weight loss and skin treatment. She started abusing and blaming the customer and refused to give the treatment later on.. She has taken the money and refused to give us the services.

Ms bhawana did not cleared all the terms and conditions at the time of booking and she was very polite. But after booking and in next sitting onwards she started behaving rudely and blaming me (Customer) when i complaint about not getting the desired result.

I had opted for for laser treatment from these people. I paid them 30, 000 rs. There claim was that i the results would be out within 4 sittings. I had received 6 but did not get any results whatsoever. The refuse to refund the money. The are frauds and cheats. I have burn marks on my body. There is no result whatsoever. The told me they would give me more sittings. However there machines do not work anymore and they say that they have stopped taking any more booking. They are cheats and nothing more. I request a refund of my money fully.

I have given RS. 10, 000/-for weight lose programme. From last 2months their door has shut down.
Today i got sumone who informed me that they did fraud with us. They ran away without informing.

Other branches are still open whenever i am calling them they are saying we dont know. All their phone nos. Has been changed.

THey gave me an assurance that after six sittings of my laser treatment the chin hairs will remove completely, they also asked for the maintaince sitting if there is any issue but now they ask for the extra payment of rs 10000/ i am very much worried about, their all commitments and promises are fake, totally fake, ni follow ups, no informations nothing.

Since the day I've taken the subscription for Cyro, nothing has fallen in place. Beginning from wrong commitments to failed appointments (Employee - Sarla), nothing is working. Seems I've taken a wrong decision & have joined a very unorganized organisation. To begin with, I was told that weight reduction would be minimal diet & maximum thru machines only. But it is the other way around, now I've told that I've to follow a specific diet for the next 2 months, which was never disclosed at the beginning, if it has to be done thru diet only, then what is the purpose of joining your organisation. There was no information that one of the appointments would be fixed in GK, whereas I am residing in Faridabad, do you feel its an easy job for a housewife to travel to GK on her own? Today was the last nail, when I lost my cool, I was given the appointment for today at 9.00 am but to my utter surprise the entire office was empty but with one executive. Is this the way, an organisation works? If it was that no one would be available, then the customer should have been informed but there was no communication & I've to return back from Sec-15 to Sec-49, Faridabad.

Hi, Myself & my friend we both have joined Health sanctury for weight loss, derma & sea salt therapy program. We both have paid the huge amount to the centre with a trust that they will provide the services for what they have take n the money for. they have trained their staff to fish for more investment from the client instead monitoring the services & their results what client has come for. they could not give any services to satisfy the customer or what they committed before taking the money from client. They will tell u 10 more services as free along with what you pay for and after sometime they change the staff to remove the references of the discussions & commitment they did with client. Inspite of various complaints about their bad services non trained staff they do not register the complaint instead thy will check the validity of the program is there or not. We both had a more validity but wanted us to get acknowledged on the poor services they had provided . They are a cheat and play with hard earned money, emotions & time. There employees who left their centre have shared th story from insight that they have 10 years old machines, inexperienced staff & give water injections to people at huge cost. I wish a strong action to be taken up against the owners who are fooling around people under their nose.

Voivo Infotech www.voivoinfotech.com and its owner by the name of Saraswat who calls himself the Chief Teechnical Officer of the Company is actually a serial cheat and fraudster. He has duped us and his modus operandi is that he takes advance money for building a website or any web services and then he and his two female accomplices vanish in thin air. He took 30000/- from me and since then has stopped taking my Calls His no is the same written on the website i.e.[protected] and his two female accomplices numbers are [protected] and [protected]
I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Police as they refused to file an FIR and said they will investigate first and then only file the FIR.
I am also taking up with Google and ICANN regarding their fraud site. These guys are a team of 03 only and they seem to have duped many others by taking Advane Money and then running away. They even shift office and avoid giving any Landline Numbers to anyone unless u coax them. The last landline number they gave was a fake number.

I have been cheated by Health Sanctuary executives with theFalse commitments I have paid the amount of Rs.80000(Most of the paymentthrough my credit card and given some of the amount upto rs.30000 in the year2012) to Health Sanctuary Gujrawala Town and I have not taken any servicessince October as this was not helping me out asked to get it adjusted for myLiposuction Surgery and they promisedthat they are adjusting complete Rs.30000 + Rs.50000 for my Liposuction surgerybut instead of that they have done some cryo which they call as Non surgicalLiposucton on 06th Sep 2013. I asked in writting but Anu declined to give methe same in writing and she said thatthe company is not going to run away. When I asked that I want to speak to aDoctor or Surgeon before my Surgery. Dr.Anu referred Dr.Nadeem to speak with At the time of inqury with Dr. Nadeem he told me that withLiposuction the weight loss surgery(upto 6-9 kgs and above depending on body tobody) get loss immediately and they will show the same after putting the fatinto a bottel. But at the time when I asked for the appointment they forced mefor cryo, I told the lady Dr. Anu if it didn't work she has to get myliposuction done. She promised me that I am going to get effect of 100% and issave than liposuction. 40% result I can see after 2 weeks. and 60% result after1 month. But no changes in my body as of Today. And after doing my non surgical liposuction, there were nochanges in my weight as well as inches also they have asked me to follow somediet program and asked me to wait for 2 months and defiantly I will lose Inchesand my tummy will be completely in . After following the diet program for 2 weeks I got my measurment done on 19thSep but there were no changes, so Icalled Dr. Anu once again for the clarification and then she forwarded my caseto Dr. Anjana And now Dr.Anjana in corporate Gurgaon office of HealthSanctuary taking care of my case and asked me to wait for 1 month but again nochanges and the same inches, . And When I asked for my Liposuction: Anjana declined and said that she cannot do my Liposuctionfor 1 year but she will come out with some solution and asked me to wait foranother 4 weeks And now 8 Weeks(2 months are completed but I got noresults). I must say she is very smart lady, She always play with herwords. She want me to Keep Dr.Anu out of the conversation(the Person whostarted conversation, given false promises to me). She thinks that other people are free enough to work like apuppet as she asks. Somtime she asks me to go to Gujrawala Town for my measurment andnow she is asking me to go to her Safdarjung office. I have also gone to her Gurgaon Corporate office to speak toan Owner of the company but they do not let me speak with him/her. But she promised that she will give me some solution by 7thNov and on 6th Nov she asked me to visit Safderjung Branch for my measurment.And I puppet of Health sanctuary after getting an appointment on Saturday(09thNov 2013) (after number of calls toAnjana) got appointment for 11th Nov 2013(Monday) 11:30 AM – 12:00PM and I went there. But Strange, therewas no doctor available and the Puppet was back to Home with no solution whichI was expecting on same day. Now I am realy very frustrated and its Hike of Inefficieny, now they again want me to visit Safderjung on 15th Nov 2013 and Ipuppet of Health Sanctuary has no choice a part from going to Saferjung again. I went on 15th Nov and got my measurment done butno changes and same measurement. After this I filed complain against Health Sanctuary toConsumer court for the Defficiency of Services on 1st Dec 2013 andMy first date is on 13th Feb 2014 Also I filed the complaint with Mediator Centers and myfirst date was on 2nd Jan 14and they didn’t turn up. They have now send the 2nd Notice for 17thJan 14 to Miss Shubhi Hussain and R S Chowdhery(Owner of Health Sanctuary) butstill they have not turned up and I have got my final date for 21stFeb 2014. After this somehow I got Mobile number of Shreen and thenshe escalated the same to Dr. Vandana. After speaking to Dr.Vandana I come to know that Dr. Anjanaand Dr. Anu are not the doctors, they are just the counselers. Also, HealthSanctuary do not have any option of Liposuction surgery they get it done fromsome third party(Which they have never updated on their website) So, Now I also escalated this matter with Delhi MedicalCouncil, to investigate this matter. Please look into this matter on high priority and get itresolved ASAP. I do not need any further services from Health Sanctuary asper I do not trust the company. As per their Falsepromises, I have taken loan from a Bank and paying the amount back in EMI’s. Their owner R H Chowdhary is fraud. I have filed a complaint against them and will not give up till i get my money back and this company is closed.

Health sanctuary gurgaon has cheated me by selling fake inch loss treatment lipo advance R for rs.110000. Its totally fake treatment and now they are not refunding my money, there is neither any weight loss nor any inch loss from this treatment infact my face got burnt under the supervision of dr. Shalini at health sanctuary. Anjana at their head office is also involved in this.

Health sanctuary cheated me. This company is fraud. They sold me a coupon in Feb, 2013 for providing beautification and weight loss services. As per the terms and conditions, these services can be availed in various sessions as required by the customer within 9 mths from the date of sale.

However, after 2 months, they suddenly refused to provide me services saying its a corporate decision that they are discontinuing with these services. I enquired from the Health Sanctuary preet vihar branch and Gurgaon corporate office for either paying back my money or providing the committed services. I spoke to Maha Maya and Abhishek in corporate office but they never revert back to my queries positively.

I understand they sold this coupon for the only reason of duping people as the corporate decisions are not taken over night. Discontinuing of services after 2 months of sale does not make any sense, the company must have planned it to committ this fraud. The amount involved is not much, but they might be doing the same thing with other consumers as well and making huge money, if so, this company should be penalized for committing this fraud.
