Dear Kolors Owners and Branch Managers,

I am writing to follow up on my previous communication regarding a 50% refund request, as I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. My initial email was submitted on 4th Nov, and unfortunately, no solution has been provided thus far.

It has come to my attention that several other customers may be facing a similar issue, which raises concerns about the overall customer satisfaction and refund process. As a loyal customer, I believe in the integrity of your services, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.

I understand that resolving such issues may take time, and I have been patient in awaiting a response. However, I would like to kindly request an update or a resolution to my refund request by 28th Nov. Should there be any delays or challenges in addressing this matter, I may have no choice but to explore alternative avenues to seek information and assistance.

To avoid any inconvenience, I am considering registering a Right to Information (RTI) request. This would encompass information related to Kolors' customer success, rating, refund policy, customer feedback, and consumer refund terms. I hope it does not come to this, and we can find a satisfactory resolution before that.

I value the relationship I have with Kolors and believe that open communication can lead to a positive outcome. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

    Hi Team,

    Today i have been enrolled for 10 kg weight loss treatment on kolors health care tirupati branch.After taking the plan, they are compelling to take another Gel therapy for skin tightening which i don't want.Please suggest them to stop compelling me or refund my amount.please take the necessary action ASAP.

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address my concerns regarding the weight loss program I enrolled in at the Tambaram branch of Kolors.

      In October 2022, I joined Kolors with high hopes of achieving my weight loss goals. I initially paid 17, 500 INR for the program, but despite my best efforts and dedication, I did not see any significant results.

      In response to my lack of progress, I was persuaded to upgrade to a 30, 000 INR plan, with the expectation that this would yield better results. However, I regret to say that even after opting for the more expensive plan, I have not witnessed any tangible improvements in my weight loss journey.

      I have reached out to your branch multiple times, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund of the amount I have paid, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance in this matter.

      I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and ask for the refund of the total amount I have invested in the program. It is disheartening to be in a situation where I have not experienced the promised results and have not received the support I expected from Kolors.

      I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and request that you initiate the necessary steps to process my refund as soon as possible. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances.

      Please confirm the receipt of this email and inform me of the next steps in the refund process. I look forward to your prompt action in this matter.

        I have been under recurring treatment for my pigmentation and pimple issues in Perambur Kolors. I predominantly visit once in two weeks and taking treatments regularly as advised by Doctor.

        On 22nd October, I visited for further treatment which is part o[censored]sual process. This time they have applied stronger peel which destroyed my face completely.. It created loads of wounds on my face overall. I cannot even step out for what they have done.

        This was done by Monisha (+[protected] and Nishanthini (+[protected]. As soon as they appied, I felt the irritation and I immediately informed them about the irritation but they simply said it is stronger peel and thats how it will feel like..

        By the time I reach back home, my face was swollen completely and I called them immediately. Post which they advised to rinse off my face with soap and then apply FUCIBET cream for every 2 hours. I followed the same but after doing it contiuously, my face gone terrible. Please refer attached pic for your reference.

        I am unable to tolerate this pain, this is affecting me mentally to the core.. Kindly take appropriate action on them, so that they never take customers money and health for granted.. They dont deserve to be in the job and they should be fired immediately. I had never seen such brutal treatments in my life, they are just playing with people's money and emotion..

            I want to cancel my Emi, that's fraud company i didn't start my treatment yet but now they told cancellation is not possible, 32000 they take EMI from #fibe company, I just want to cancel my treatment and emi, after I go to cancel my treatment there rudely behaving, I called there website number she is shouting, kindly do the needful, I want my money back#fakekolors
            Recently I took consultation for weight loss treatment, the lady who consulted us was very fat and dark, she doesn't even know how to communicate in English and no proper knowledge about the fat metabolism being a weight loss Consultant, Now I just ask her name she is shouting, this is her number +[protected]

              Prema Coimbatore, Lakshmi Mills, [protected], Branch, I Went for Weight Loss treatment, Already I Paid one Emi, They Gave Some wrong Commitment regarding Emi details and Treatment, They Told Oil Massage But That treatment happened through heat Machines, They Told Emi due date on 10th and this is Manual Payment But that finance deduct the Amount On 5th of every Month through Auto Debit, I Asked that manager Mam Many times this Is AutoPayment but she told this is Manual Payment and Due date 10th, They told So Many Fake rules, Really I Can't Able to Pay remaining Emi Amount, Pls Need to Close it all or that Particular Finance, Becoz I'm getting the Calls From That Finance

                I have taken cryo in Nellore branch in the month of July and due to the irresponsible behaviour of the staff, I got my skin burned and even after 1 month I’m still having scar. They are not even feeling regret and didn’t even care. I experienced immense pain even on touch after the burn. Before paying the amount, the staff talked nicely and after paying, they are rude and negligent at answering. I’m not satisfied with the way they talked to my mother.

                    I visit one of clinic of kolors health care they sugest me some peels and hydrations, 1 botox for me 8 peels 4 hydra facials and 1 botox and in this i took only hydra facial i went on may 16th after that i went my village
                    for this treatment they suggest me loan application from bajaj and save in app in bajaj they wrote hair transplant this is cheating and fraud and they wrote 35000 rs and they transferred amount to kolors account...

                    Without taking any treatment we could not judge whether the treatment is worth for me or not.
                    I have agreed for a treatment worth 80000 all by listening to their words.
                    I paid the amount and then when I took the first sitting treatment I am sure that I feeling it as it is not worth 80000 treatment. I want to discontinue this treatment after my first sitting of the treatment.

                    I approached Kolors for discontinuing my treatment and I am fully agree to pay for the first sitting which I took.
                    Kolors BTM is not agreeing for this.
                    Help me discontinue and help me come out of this EMI loop of 80, 000.

                      Gachibowli Staff has behaved rudely and even though I have booked my appointment priory the executive contacted a before my appointment and mentioned because of other clients she has canceled my appointment. Very next the head/ manager of gachibowli beach spoke very rude to me

                        I join kolors in December 2022.For treatment of weight lose in laser treatment upto today total 7 months.In laser treatment there is no change in my body .over all 7 months there is no weight lose atleast 7 kg also but I gain weight.i complaint in kolors staff there said to me your body is not responding to the treatment.In treatment time my body has Damage .unprofessional staff in giving treatment.staff not respond to me they speak roudly to me .I spend lots of amount in kolors treatment but still no result waste of money .so please consider my problem and refund my amount back .

                            I went to colors for skin treatment. They recommend chemical peels, and through EMI pay the money . With my personal issues I want to cancel the skin treatment and also stop EMI on my bank account

                              After trying several times to reach out to the right person, I have decided to pen down my horrible experience o[censored]ncertified doctors, useless faculty team, and unprofessional money making system.

                              The faculty team and the doctors have charged me up to 2lakhs for a cosmelan treatment which is avaible for 50k at other facilities. I have not got any invoice with the treatment details for such a big amount and the treatment did no do good to my skin. They did not mention that it is a cosmelan treatment and gave false information saying it is kolors special skin treatment. The doctor and the Po
                              do not respond to my messages or calls and whenever I call, they just ask me to send the latest picture of me and that's about it. There is no further details to on the skin treatment. When they wanted money, they promised me 500 percent result and now when there is no result, they r denying my calls n service. The worst experience ever at kolors BTM.

                              Without doing a skin test or analysis of my skin they have treated me with cosmelan n now I have burning skin all the time.

                              Please refund my money as it is horrible service and no good to my skin.

                              The people at kolors lack integrity, customer service and false promises.

                              I wrote the above details as an email to Kolors and another useless POC was tagged to assist with my complaint. She was even worst. She was so unprofessional that she took 2 months from the complaint time to even properly conclude to a solution. I have exported the what's app conversation if you need it.

                              All kolors employees are unprofessional and they cheat people to make a living. Shame on such a fraud institute where customers are misguided, cheated and tricked.

                              This has go on social media so that customers don't get misguided.

                                Iam kalyani v from dilshuknagar, kothapet.Hyderabad..On[protected] for hair care.No one is expalined the terms & condition while iam paying the amount. Now i cant take the teatment due my interal issues.In they said that no one is responsible for refund..They will not give..I want my money back for my interal treatment.I was sent a mail regarding refund.They said our person will call me.But still no one is called me.I called so many times no one is not responding properly.Kindly process my refund
