Am Harshitha from Hyderabad am recently joined in kolors weighloss treatment, after 3 treatments i suffered from stomachache and am thyroid patient, i want to stop my treatment, i approch to the kolors branch manager where I have joined so he said amount should not be refundable, and i need my payment back.please help me and i haved payed 10, 000/- and remaining amount kolors suggest me to take loan that loan is amount 40, 000/-and
i already cleared my loan with the help of friend and relatives, am facing many issues in my personal life as an orphan and now i resigned my job also because of too much stress and pressure.and one more thing is actually i don't want to join in kolors when I approch them, just i tried to get information how they do this process, so I went there but there one of the employee (HARINI)of kolors manipulated me alot about my body after she explained me i get fear about my body and health seriously, and help me please because am an orphan girl i need see myself no one there for me, help me out of this trap please...

I am Nisha. I have joined kolors for facial hair laser removal treatment past 4 months. till now i did not see any improvement of the treatment. So i need refund my money what i have paid.

నేను మా టివి యాడ్ చూసాను అందులో 10kg వరకు 9999 రూపాయలు మాత్రమే అని టివి లో చూపించారు అది నాకు నచ్చి నేను KT road Tirupati లో వున్న కొలర్స్ కి వచ్చాను నేను చుసిన అపర్స్ చెప్పాను వాళ్లు నాకు అపర్స్ ఇవ్వలేదు వేరే వేరే ప్యాకెజ్ చెపుతున్నారు, నా వయస్సు 36 ఎత్తు 171 cm నా బరువు 86kg నేను తాగవలసిన బరువు 15kg మాత్రమే టివి లో చూపించిన ప్యాకేజి ఇవండీ అడిగితె బయపెటిస్తున్నారు మీకు అందులో 1kg 2kg తగుతారు మేము రేడు సిటింగ్ మాత్రమే ఇస్తాము ఇంకా ఇవ్వము అని చెపుతున్నారు, ఒక్క సిటింగ్ లో 1/2కేజీ నుండి 1కేజీ వరకు బరువు తగుతారు అని చెపుతున్నారు మరియు రెండు సిటింగ్ లో 10కేజీ వరకు ఎలా తగుతారు ఇలాంటి తప్పుడు యాడ్స్ ఇవ్వడం ప్రజలకు మోసపూర్తిగా వున్నది చాలా మంది ఆశతో వస్తారు వచ్చినవారికి ఇలా మోసం చేయడం సారి అయినదికాదు. నాకు 10కేజీ ప్యాకేజి లో ఎన్ని సిటింగ్స్ ఇస్తారు అవి చెపితే నేను జాయిన్ అవుతాను నేను ఆల్రెడీ 500రూపాయలు కటాను కఠిన దానికి బిల్ కూడా నాకు ఇవ్వలేదు నా సమస్యలు త్వరగా పరిష్కరించండి నా పేరు నారే మహేంద్ర నాయుడు మొబైల్ నెంబర్ [protected] తిరుపతి లో వుంటాను

Have paid 40000 for weight loss treatment but no proper response from the branch and there is no co- ordination by the office member regarding updates, such a poor management. How will be my treatment of this the way of approach with customers...

We are made to pay as a package initially later when we ask for a treatment they will never have that product, they will make us wait and later they say their is a better product and they will make us pay extra that to they will not use it fully later even that product will vanish, we would have payed for something they will bill it on something, if any side effects occurs post treatment they aren’t bothered, they are just money minded, bogus bills and seriously don’t know what only they do with the intended products, we will pay for a treatment but the machine will not work if asked they will not even know when only they will get it back, they don’t refund even for the service not rendered, especially Annanagar branch, wasted my money and spoiled my skin ..

I wanted to do an enquiry on slimming treatment but somehow they made me swipe my credit card ₹1, 40, 000 for an advanced treatment on 4th Jun to lock the offer and started my therapy from 9th Jun. But during counselling we checked the product quality to be natural as I am allergic to artificial fragrance. They promised that the product are tested and suitable for sensitive skin. But on the first session itself I got skin rashes allergies due to oil used for massage. I met the counsellor and changed my program then they were approaching me go for additional add on product as later one will help only in inch loss and not the weight loss. I was totally collapsed and again discussed with therapist and dietician. They suggested to go for the registered one itself and asked me to bring my preferred oil and other utilities to safe guard my skin reaction. To be my bad luck still I am getting rashes as somehow have contacts on the oil during my therapy. I think I shouldn't have taken up this treatment, can you help me get back my money.. Along with me my hubby also took the face peeling treatment for ₹30, 000 deep pigmentation, even he is not satisfied as there is no improvement.. Can you please help us in get back our money? We are from middle class family

My sister has joined in colour few months ago result is zero and with out intimation last minit told package is expired, with zero results @ guntur branch,

Am paid rupees 7000 for 3month class.. but still am not able to continue further classes so please refund amount for me..

I have opted for akin peeling sessions upto 8 sessions. It was not helpful at all, not even 50% of my requirements reached. I have paid 70000 rs for underarm whitening and freckle removal on stomach. Underarms showed 50% abive reaults but last beforr session my skin got burnt and it is not treated by them. And coming to my stomach area when I opted kolors treatment services Dr. Keerthi gave me promise of 100% cure but i am not finding atleast 30%. My sessions were exceeded though my results were not shown they denied to continue with the treatment. If this false commitments provided to your customers this gives bad reputation on your organization. Better provide me resolution or return back my money.

I have taken skin Prp and inch loss program in Coimbatore Lakshmi Mills branch kolors.
They forced me to take service, i have taken service on same day itself. While taking service itself I told them clearly I'm looking for a transfer to Vijayawada. They accepted for it. After few months i asked them to transfer it to Vijayawada. They asked some charge, i said no for that. Then they forwarded inch loss details through mail to Vijayawada. That too after a long struggle and long wait nearly like 2 months. That time itself they should have for forwarded skin treatment but they haven't. Again I requested them to forward my skin treatment details for more than 4 months. No proper response, nothing got transferred. It's been a long wait. RISWANA was handling my case she is not providing enough detail and proper response. They are saying manager went to his wife's delivery again it will take 1 month. I asked for some other person contact details to talk about it. They said no such number available.

I am coming from 2 years and no fast progress I have been very patient but this lady is not giving sessions saying you have put on weight by 1 kg. Putting on weight for a lady by fluctions of 1kg is very natural but you cannot shame someone coming to your clinic for weight loss. First when joined they said your weight loss is your responsibility but now they are speaking the opposite of it

I already paid amount for laser hair removal after some sessions there is no improvement. Totally fed up. Doctors said you will get 100% results after 6 sessions but now almost 10 sessions over i didn't see any improvement after every laser treatment. I tried to contact doctors and kottivakkam branch but they are not responding calls also. Very worst behaviour

Hi I'm Gowtham, I consulted kolors on 13 July 2022. I was told to get various blood reports and ECG post Which reports didn't go well.
I payed 68000 I don't want to undergo surgery due to my health condition so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank. And it was EMI option with 0% or no cost EMI, But I'm charged with 18% which is around 75000.

I have joined kolors in December 2021, they promised me the hair growth will stop for laser treatment. But 7months got completed even one hair also not stopped it was growing as usally. And by seeing this i asked them to stop hair growth treatment for head, for this totally i paid 3lakhs which is more than normal pay. They cheated me and comple me to take all treatments. On my body my taking laser treatment I'm getting rashes nd my body was totally spoiled by that heat. Doctor asked me to stop the treatment. But kolors they were not returning my amount.

Hello, mam I want to cancel my weight loss program by kolors and get my money back. Because I didn't see changes but I am getting health issues so this might not be the correct platform for me, so I request you for my refund.

When I was searching for a grey hair treatment in online, there was a kolors link, i just click on it and it ask my contact details, i provide it, immediately they called me and said we have some imported serum and it will work, for that u need visit our branch and u can get. Then they fixed an appointment it is almost 7:30pm, and I went there they not gave a serum, they said to under go laser treatment, they spoke for a long time, untill i agree to treatment, i have lot of doubt but they convinced me, after convincing they forced me to pay immediately, I said I will in installments, but they forced me to pay full amount, i paid and came back to home. Then i realised that i was been trapped. In the early morning I called the manager and said i no need any laser treatment you just give me the serum and return me the balance amount, they said we can't return the money, before payment they didn't said anything about this. It happens almost 6 months still they didn't call me, before payment they called me several times. I have not went even single time after payment still now they not even try to contact me. I paid 20000 rupees.

I have taken cryo at coimbatore branch, total 63k where i have paid my down payment and emi also started. But there no proper treatment taken in kolors in cryo still. They are pretending like machine is not working. They are expecting me complete my payment and then to start treatment. This happens with in 2 week of period. This may be profit for company bt client point of view is disgusting. The name may get damaged if they continue like this. Madurai kolors were much far better than coimbatore in this cas.

I pay the money for GFC HAIR TREATMENT for four settings i will take one sitting treatment another three sitting not taking so 3sitings cash not retruned
