    I had opt for weightloss treatment. Paid 60K rupees for 60 sessions. I.e. each sessions 1K rupees. I have gone through 40 sessions maximum weight reduced is only 5 Kg. So I decided not to continue. Could you please refund for remaining sessions amount.

      I have visisted Kolors kundalahalli branch for enquiring about laser hair removal treatment.

      They told we get 60 percent off only today and made us to pay the entire amount for the package. Since we didnt have that much cash in hand i paid 7000 rs.
      Later i was not able to arrange the money and asked for refund. They denied it and when asked about it they told its written in the bill. The bill was generated only after the payment was made. Till the time we made the payment no one mentioned about it.

      Not even a single session has been taken and our hard earned money is gone.

        They charge 2.9L for weightloss and beauty treatments but all those are useless. I'm unable to pay EMI's . I want my money as refund.

            To the kolors,
            i have joined to kolors on Feb 5th for post pregnancy belly fat reduction. On the first day (Feb 5th) Rizwana explained about the treatment and their result details after analysing my body. Rizwana clearly said that if we take this treatment the belly fat will go away the stomach will become like before pregnancy she suggested 10sittings from 4th sitting at can see the differences but i have been informing them that I didn't see any changes on my belly the management also changing the treatment but there is no result at all. They suggested 10 sittings, it may extend hardly 2 or 3 but I took 20 sittings still there is no result at all.
            Hence there is no change in my belly fat i am requesting you to refund my money.
            Lastly they modified the treatment but because of that i had a very severe stomach ache for 10 to 15 days after the treatment. My hometown is not anantapur my village is 40kms away from anantapur As per my inputs the Anantapur kolors staff people are give more sittings but no results, i will not be available to continue further and i have made sure to let Rizwana know that I couldn't be available after May 20th 2022, she promised that she will completely get rid of my belly fat with that treatment. I am utterly disappointed with my experience in kolors.

              I have joined Kolors for a Weight reduction programme . i have some personal commitments /health issues .i informed them in prior that i will call and come for treatment once i am available . i called them when i am available .They are not responding to my calls . fraud treatment center.just like that looted amount from me

                    I have joined in kolors at Rajamundry branch one month back with reference of telephone agent
                    He promised 5kgs reduction for Rs.5000/- when i approached branch their consultant replied it won't work for 5000/- i[censored] pay Rs.30000/- we will reduce 15kgs to u it's our promise and guarantee, then I paid

                    Your administration in Srinagar Colony Kolors branch Hyderabad is terrible and can’t describe in words. The ladies are sitting for not giving services and Roopa Naidu is terrific lady. She doesn’t remember whatever she had committed to customer. She speak ruthless, rude, not making sense kind of statements.

                      I joined kolors buy paying 1, 50, 000 in total but the service was not to the promised level they stopped my service and the given services was also not proper when i tried to reach my councellor and general manager no one is responding, in kOlors therapist is asking for money to giv therapy and the doctor in kolors is asking to come personally and get treatment . worst administration im very much disappointed i needed refund

                        My mother is 63 years old with lot of health issues. Doctors are strongly advised to not go for any weight loss or gim workouts. Because that will accelerate stomach pain and fatty liver issues.so I shared medical certificate, scan results and medical issues related files with jolors management coimbatore Lakshmi mills branch. They agreed to refund the amount . But there is no timeline for the settlement. I have been going and checking the status for more than a month. But no results from them. What is the next step to proceed further. I am going to start treatment t with the refund amount. Do the needful.

                          I have joined kolors on Nov 2021 and spent Rs. 26000 through bajaj Finance Emi based on a skin treatment. It was promised that I will have clear skin after 5 sitting of peels & hydration. I have completed 4 sitting of peels & 2 sitting of hydration, but lot of pimples appearing continuously while undergoing this treatment and also my skin getting darker than before. I was completely dissatisfied with kolor's treatment. Have decided not to continue the treatment anymore. Also am shifted to another location after my marriage, so I could not able to continue in that branch. My request is, refund the amount for the serivce which is not provided and stop my Bajaj emi ASAP.

                            I m Viji Mallayya from chennai. I went to kolors on 15.01.2022 to enquire about weight reduction after my post covid treatment. I just wnt to go for a trial for me and my sister. On 15.01.2022 we had a trail session. I only got itching on my stomach and back. Already i have informed about my allergy towards medicine and dust. After 2 days i went for first session and had a heat trail, I insisted them for Cleanliness due to my allergic reactions. They assured me for cleanliness and proceeded.On that day too after reaching home i suffered from itching and i consulted my doctor over phone and had allergy tablet.
                            When i went to second session I informed them about my allergy and had only physio. Belt used in that is not cleaned so again i got allergy. So i thought to quit from my weight reduction plan and informed them for refund the amount.
                            But as per their agreement, treatment can be transferred to another person and refund is not possible . Is their any rule like that. If something is allergic to me it cannot be recommended to other person. So help me to get refund of my and my sister amount of Rs.11, 800, which has been paid on January 15th 2022. All are hard earned money.

                              I went for a consultation in kolors today (20.03.2022). Paid consultation fees and they convinced me to pay 25, 000 for weight gain and I signed the form. And they initiated Emi payment through Bajaj finance and debited Rs.1 from my debit card. Now I want to stop the payment and cancel the service completely. Because my parents are not accepting for it and I don't have money to pay for it further. Please stop the payment and cancel it completely...

                                  Me and my brother reached kolors for Hairloss consultation, they suggested PRP treatment and asked us to pay Rs.80000 immediately since some offer is ending that day itself. We both got first scheduled on same day, they treated well. On second schedule of my brother, during treatment he got fix/Epilepsy. Center person asked to consult doctor and share the feedback. doctor suggested to do not continue the treatment. Same we have informed in Coimbatore center and gave written letter. Its been 6 month, no update no proper information. when we are reaching coimbatore center they are not treating well us, we are paying EMI with interest. Please return our amount. Please help us.

                                    I am joined kolors at Aug 12th 2021 through EZFINZ finance payment method, due to my personal problem and financial issue i am not take a treatment in kolors, even i am not a take single sitting in kolors i want to cancel my treatment and refund my amount and stop payment for my ECS for given letter in kolors SALEM branch office but still my bank ECS going on collection agent call me, and came my house toursuring me and my family so my wife and me attend to sucide so take a immediate action and cancel my treatment...

                                      I spent Rs. 50000 on a skin treatment and Rs. 30000 on Botox. It was promised that I will have clear skin in three months, but after five months of therapy, my skin was three times darker than before treatment. I was completely dissatisfied with my treatment, so I sought the advice of another doctor, and within a month, I received excellent results. After enduring the pain of skin treatment, I decided not to take any chances and declined Botox treatment, instead requesting payment.
                                      When I asked for my refund, one of the employees Kavya refused to give me her name and yelled at me that she would file a complaint against me.

                                      Hello, Kolors' customer service team. I'm still waiting to hear back. I didn't get a call or any information about my complaint. I don't want to take any chances with my suffering during therapy, thus I'd need my money back. Please comprehend my financial situation and assist me in resolving the problem.
