Kolors — Weight loss issue

Dear sir
I have joined in kolors at Rajamundry branch one month back with reference of telephone agent
He promised 5kgs reduction for Rs.5000/- when i approached branch their consultant replied it won't work for 5000/- i[censored] pay Rs.30000/- we will reduce 15kgs to u it's our promise and guarantee, then I paid
After that the therapist who appointed for me for weight loss he is irritating me from day one, this won't be much result, . U should pay another 20, 000/- then we use latest technology for weight loss then only it will work
Still now I went for 7sittings but no result in weight reduction,
Even I'm maintaining proper diet
I'm completely disappointed
Kindly refund my amount
