Dear Team,
When I booked my flat along with my in laws there was a gold coin offer going on. They had promised to give the coins once the registration is done. However we are following up with different people since two years now and we have been fooled around. The latest person who is fooling us around is Mr Karthik. The CRM who had booked our flat with this offer was Ms Geetanjali. Request you to look into it on priority, else have to find other ways to register a complaint.

I had booked a flat last November and I couldn't get loan so I cancelled the flat booking. For refund they kept pushing the dates next month next month. Now after 5 months they are saying the cancellation charges will be on the agreement value. At the booking time they said cancellation charges will be around 10-15 thousands. Now they charging me 70 thousands.

Hi have requested for booking cancellation for Moshi Crown property from Kolte Patil in May'21.
But haven't heard anything about my refund yet.

They ensured of booking amount refund in case of cancellation but their sales and CRM team refused to do so when contacted for my booking at Life Republic. Even after multiple phone calls and emails they kept on ignoring me. After almost 4 months of followup now, these ### shared a picture of cheque drawn to me and informed that they will only dispatch it if I delete all negative reviews. How can I trust this builder. Hi i have booked the flat in r10 sector and given amount of 50, 000 rs its been 45 days and i havent got my money back ms bhavna
Have assured me in mail that the booking amount will be refunded to me and nitin her senior manager is in continous loop but he is extending dates for so long now i need help as i am job less and i have debts to pay

I booked flat within a token amount of 1lakh ruppees, while booking they told me that the amount is refundable. Within 3 days i changed my mind and told them to cancel. They are not giving me my refund. We havent even done any agreement....

I was told at the time of booking the flat in 2014 in A-Wing, R3 Sector of Life Republic, Pune that if I pay 3 lacs for parking I would get covered stilt parking and for 1 lac it would be open parking. Now in 2021 when they allotted the parking I got parking in the open. I feel I have been cheated

I Jyotsna Pachange residing at R6 B1904, have sent multiple complaints to KP team complaining about constant dog barking especially during the night at Life Republic R6, it is becoming a nuisance now a days and needs attention; residents staying at road facing view of the Apartments are harassed with constant dog barking in the night and continuous non stop noise due to this as one dog starts barking the rest entire 7-10 of them bark together causing a chaos and rucus

This is with regards to my flat handover at Kolte Patil Raaga - Phase 2 which was supposed to happen on 25th of November as per trailing mail. I have been told that the water supply has some issues and it will take a day to provide the water service.Since I had my pending interior work I agreed for a delay of 1 day. But unfortunately it didn't happen until your intervention and immediately Mr.Lokesh had called me to come and check the water supply and to my surprise I see that my whole flat was filled with water and with my complete furniture has been soaked with water and the plywood and laminates which were kept on the floor was floating on water. My complete furniture like 2 cots, 2 wardrobes, TV unit material, Dining and kitchen unit material has been damaged and is of no use. I spoke with Mr.Lokesh and Mr.Prasanna and they were in no situation to answer my any questions.Hence I am writing this email to you requesting Kolte Patil to compensate me for the materials which were damaged on an urgent basis.

===Life Republic Township : R3===
Builder initially provided a shaded car parking, they also fixed my flat number plat in shaded car parking area.
Now they told me, they are shifting my car parking to tin shade.

I booked a flat in pune life republic property. The builder took royal 3 lakh for the covered parking. Even at the time of possession the covered parking was not allotted. Now after one year they started giving possession. I have not received any letter but what i have come to know from the covered tin parkings number was that we have been allotted tin shade open parking.in r3 building there are as many as 150 buyers not allocated covered parking.

This is simply atrocious. And pure cheating. No response for all mails and notices. We are finally forces to go to court for this.

I have booked the flat on 28 Aug 2020 And due to some family issues I am. Unable to go for flat.
I have requested them for my refund but they are refusing it and saying we have said you it wil not be refundable and all.
It is not expected as a brand like kolte patil the booking amount I have paid is 1 lakh.
Please help me with this as I am facing medical issues at my house.

I had requested a cancellation for my booking of (Flat no lrr7g0201) on 24/07/2020 it's almost 53 days but i have not yet received my refund of rs. 30000 and when ever i call mr. Satish tupe (Accounts department) he assures me everytime saying that i will receive my refund on the comming tuesday, i really don't know how many tuesdays do i need to wait. It sounds like kolthe patil developers and team have some tuesday syndrome. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

Mesmerized us with sweet talk at the time of booking and said in case of cancellation you will get refunded within 2 weeks. Since jan month i am taking followups. From your side no response to calls, messages and mails. It seems you people don't have respect for customer. Disgusting..
As you do sweet talk during booking with the same manner why you people don't behave in case of cancellation. Cancellation is done in the month of jan 8 according to your fake promise i was expect to get refund at jan month itself. What you did before lock down? 3 months before lock down i cancelled booking. As we had booked the flat in kolte patil life republic in marunje pune project. And we had paid the 50000 booking amount. But due to some bank loan issues we have cancelled the booking within 7 days as per kolte patil policy, and they need to refund the full amount to us.
Now it’s almost 6 months has completed but will not get any response or refund amount from kolte patil developer..

I am requesting you to please help to get our valuable amount. As my family is suffering hospitality issue.

Developer has not provided the things as per agreement.
In my agreement it is written that gas leak detector will be provided, however they have not provided it.

Also under painting they have mentioned that obd will be provided in each room.
However they have just provided water based paint.
They are not ready to listen and also not replying on emails.
Please find the attachment for agreement screen shots where it is already mentioned.

This complaint is for life republic - township.
Builder is giving parking in tin shed for most of the flats.70% people got fully covered parking and rest are having tin shed parking.
Builder is not even ready to tell, how they have distributed it. Also for 60 flats they are giving temporary parking.
There is no protocol followed for parking. Pls help.

I bhavesh panchal has booked a flat at your project life republic marunji r16 f803, wherein at the time of booking we were informed to pay 50, 000/- as the booking amount and if our loan is not sanctioned, they would refund the amount back.

Now i approached your sales rep (Anirudha singh) and sr. Sales manager (Nikhilesh tiwari) in regards to same they backed out stating that they would not refund the amount as there was a 7 day cancellation policy, which was never shared with us verbally. Also the cost sheet that we were shared on the booking no where mentioned the 7 day cancellation. I have already tried 3 different bank however my loan that could be approved is only for 10 lacs. Also when we had asked for the cost sheet for r16 site and also for the rera number i was informed it would come and suddenly one day they sent the cost sheet over whatsapp and also asked us to sign the application form before i could get the loan sanctioned stating if i delay they would not give me the jabardsat scheme. I would request you to please refund the amount back as it my dads last earning.

I have booked flat in kolte patil life republic near marunji pune with token amount of 50000 inr. The amount is refundable within 7 days of cancellation. I have cancelled within 7 days, but it has been 2 months i have not got refund. They mentioned refund processing takes 1 month duration but still i have not received it. The builders seem to be cheating on me for refund. I want to sue the builder for false advertisement and should be fined for this.
