Kolte-Patil Developers Complaints & Reviews

Kolte patil is constructing build in a residential zone without covering or without taking any precaution. For last 4 years, because this negligence we are including children are inhaling cement and because of this children are developing respiratory diseases including breathing issues. Noise pollution is another issue.in spite of our repetitive request, they are doing it. We are force to live under these condition. Please help me. It seems they have policy to kill their own customer. We are living very near to under construction building, with in 20-30 meter proximity. My question is that because of this negligence if my child has issue now and will have in future then who will bear the medical cost.

At kolte patil mirabilis project that has been delayed quite a lot, they are not even allowing visit of my own apartment for last 8-9 months.. Dont know what are they upto.. They had promised delivery by june 2019 to me and its december but still dont hear anything from them. Really a bad experience buying apartment with kolte patil and advise people to be vary of these builders....

I own a 2bhk apartment in r3. I took possession of the same in july 2019 and handed over the keys to yashwant who handles rentals.
Till now he has not been able to give me even one tenant.
Hence either it means i have invested in wrong property or thier team is so hopeless that they have not not been able to give me one tenant in four months.
On the top of it he does not take or revert any call. This was my second home with kolte after good experience in first but now seems that honeymoon with kolte is over and now i am getting to see the real face..
I am writing this in specific for non responsive attitude of your this employee called yashant shinde who handles rentals.. And also request you to pls give me a tenant if you believe your property is really worth.

Hi, i have booked one affordable flat in life republic at pune from kolte patil developers. Its my first property. As per new gst rules gst should be 1%. For affordable home from 1st april 2019. But my builder is charging 8% gst and offering anti profiting benefit that causing me loss of more than one lakh.
So, want to know is it legal to charge 8% gst on affordable home when it has been slashed to 1%?
What option i have now? Should i pay 8% gst or can i insist for 1% and deny to take anti profiting benefit?

I had booked a flat in pune . According to the policies of the builders townships, the booking amount paid, will be refunded within a period of 45 days from the date of booking, if the booking is cancelled within a period of 10 days from the date of booking.
I have not received any refund and now they are making false commitments for the same....

I am sanjivani patil, flat no g1004 r16 booking cancelled on 23 aug 2018 still the refund is pending no action taken by abhay as we met him on 20sep 2018 he assured us the refund will proceed with 30 days it's 44days now.

Inspit of continuous follow up visits we are still begging for our own funds. Not acceptable from brand like you.

The tat starts from 23 aug 2018 so it's almost 74 days.

Refund our funds or you will have to pay per day i penalty as per rbi guidelines if delayed.

Kolte patil life republic project

Builder please irradiate all safety issues in society and near by. Also please help us to develop the few area as KP didn't provide the society as planned. Few places are unused few owners promised for covered parking but not provided till now.pointwise:-

1) Open power cables near by premise, safety issues.
2) Balcony Glass broken, so please check material again safety issue.
3) KP didn't provided the facilities as promised, so please develop park or some useful development in open area in discussion with bord members.
4) Footpath outside society not provided.
5) Some owners paid for covered parking but not provided by KP.

Please help us in getting the society in proper shape & safe.

I want to file a complaint against kolte patil ivy estate umang premiere apartments wagholi. On there brochre and thier website they said 24/7 water available. Now they are saying that bhima river water is drained and only 1 hour water in morning and 1 hour in evening, as i am working late hence i am able to store water in morning only. They dont have their bore wells. My question is only this, that if you people are giving something in black in white to customers then why can't you fullfill the needs. If their was any scarcity of water then do not write on your brochure and website. Sales guys looting by giving fake commitments. Pathetic services, really fed up by kolte patil services.

I am complaining about green olive apartments hinjewadi phase 1. Builder not fulfilled their commitment and no one taking care about the complains regarding water problem, leakage problem, delay in completion of basic amenities. Phase 1 owners are fighting against them for all these issues since possession.
As a society we are fighting for our rights and want help to aware new customers to not get trapped in their false commitment.

I landed in life republic township marunji in nov 2017 with lots of good hopes (Still hopes persist), but few unexpected things had happened in short period of time. I was struggling to get used to with the people around me. Some wired incident i faced,

1. Tiffin delivery boy harassed me for not taking tiffin.
2. My car number plate was broken and car tyre was left with flat puncture. I found it very cruel... Act... That too in such society (Kolte patil builders)
3. Cook, showed lot o[censored]nprofessional attitude, but later i came t0 know that they have formed union and i don't know what manners they are being taught. Cannot utter a word against their work even if they are not cleaning utensils properly or if they forget to clean washrooms etc. We just have to ignore them. Because if we say complain against them, no cook or maid will entertain for work. I truly find it illogical.

That is it from my end. Just wanted to share my experience. Rest is all your calls at life. Have good stay and best of luck.

We had bought on 1bhk flat in three jewels project. Before 8 to 9 months of possession we had requested for an outlet (Tap) for washing machine in a balcony, at that time sales person had replied yes we can provide it. But before 1, 2 months of possession they denied for the outlet. Reply given by them was our engineers can't do it. I was surprised by their reason. Can you believe such a big organization has an engineer who have not provided with an outlet in a balcony. I asked them then where can we keep the washing machine they replied in bathroom, but the bathroom is not such spacious that we can keep it there. When i raised this point they replied you can keep in balcony and use a pipe for it. For 2 bhk they have provided the outlet, for 3 bhk also they have provied outlet and also an ac for 3bhk. So can't they provide atleast an outlet for 1bhk. They are not much concerned for the 1 bhk.

Despite multiple follow ups with Soumitra Pattnaik regarding the resolution of tickets that I had raised in August 2016, I have not received a response nor any communication from this customer POC. Not only has he repeatedly neglected multiple emails and phone calls, he has failed to communicate delays in the completion of work. Very frustrating experience as a customer, but I don't think they care at all.

I booked flat with kolte patil developers-western avenue, through their property fair abroad, as i felt i am getting a better deal (Being an nri) during the demonetisation phase.
Initially the sales person told that there will be no issue with loan but after paying booking amount of rs.50k i came to know i cannot avail loan.
I immediately met the salesperson and collected all my post dated cheques informing him to initiate my refund. First he told as he is travelling india next week he will direct refund the amount in my account. But it didn't happen.
2 weeks later he told as he was busy with another propery fair so he will initiate the process, another 1 month from that date (6 weeks) and i am still struggling to get my money back. Everytime the sales person says it will take 10 days and i have to chase them. Didn't expect this unprofessional behaviour with reputed developer.

Will not recommend kolte patil to anyone!

Possession of flat f-2201 was due in dec 2014 as per their promise.
It's 2016 and i still don't have the keys.
Worst people on their team - kartik kusurkar and amit suryanvanshi. Never respond to emails. Don't even know how to speak properly.
Javed/ritesh/tuhina/veronica (Ex-employee) - no coordination among themselves. One says flat is ready,...

I booked a shop at IVY estate, wagholi and paid 4.5 Lakhs as booking amount. After almost a year registration was not done and then I came to know by CRM team that they do not have permission to build the complex. They asked me to cancel the booking and they will return full amount in 7 days.

I got the money after a lots of followup on 45 days and it is not full amount. I got 9125/- Rs less in account after their deposit.

Also, i lost interest on 4.5 Lakhs for a year (approx 25000) and 30, 000 to get the sanction letter for loan for commercial property as they asked to get the bank sanction within 2 weeks after booking the property. That sanction letter is on no use to me when they are not making the shop. Also, bank agent told me that the project is approved by HDFC and they have tie up and he has taken all the required documents from builder. What is took from builder that I don't know as builder is not having any permission.

Please guide.

I was did online booking for Three Jewels project of Kolte-Patil based on there NEST-FEST scheme on dated 30/01/2015. As per marketing team & Devloper policy in case of cancellation, booked amount will be refund within 7days without any deduction. I cancel my booking due to some Loan approval from bankers & same thing I was share with KPDL team. I had complete all the process as per KPDL requirement on 3rd Feb 2015. Now it's almost 30days over & still I am not received my 30000 Rs from Kolte-Patil Developers. Also no any executive is responding & not receiving my phone calls

I booked flat in Ivy Estate with Garden Facing rate @ Rs 50/sq.ft. ~ Rs 55000(extra rate + vat + service tax + registration + stamp duty due to extra base cost of the flat due to extra rate ) costed more than non garden facing flat and now I see there is no garden facing to my flat rather and there is another building planned to come and in the area where garden was supposed to come they made a water tank. I am asking them to give my garden...

I booked flat in Hinjewadi in April 2012 month.At time of booking stamp duty was 2%.In June month i got mail and informed that stamp duty is increased from 2% to 5%. They not even informed at time of booking flat and before declaring increased stamp duty charges.Now i need to pay 1.4 lack more amount.
