Komitla Yatragenie — facilities are worst

I'm travelling from hyd to vizag in ac sleeper. Bus details are "the vehicle number for your hyderabad to srikakulam bus on[protected] at 06:00 pm is py 05 a 4806. Your driver name is hari ([protected])".in the middle of the journey around 12am ac was not functional after multiple asks also. The journey is hell. I couldn't sleep after booking sleeper bus also.
