I had booked ticket on jul 14 for jul 16 and komitla travel executive called on 16 and told bus was cancelled and will refund the money in few days then after some days as i have not received money again called him for the refund he told he had send the money to paytm and they will give me but now paytm saying that komitla had not send the money to them my booking reference pnr: tqck9800 and order i'd:[protected]...

Actually i booked non ac sleeper, due to lower number of passengers the non ac sleeper bus was cancelled. They switched into another bus which is ac they are calling. Actually, my seat was in middle they shifted to the front seat, the front seat was uncomfortable and it doesn't have the seat covering cloth. I really never experienced this type of service from any other buses....

I'm travelling from hyd to vizag in ac sleeper. Bus details are "the vehicle number for your hyderabad to srikakulam bus on[protected] at 06:00 pm is py 05 a 4806. Your driver name is hari ([protected])".in the middle of the journey around 12am ac was not functional after multiple asks also. The journey is hell. I couldn't sleep after booking sleeper bus also....

I booked ticket from anakapalli to hyderabad in volvo multiaxle but 8 hours before i got call from komitla travels he said me your upcoming journey bus was cancelled but instead of this bus we will provide ac sleeper class timing 6:30pm ticket are you ok, i said ok and reached to my boarding point as per schedule and i called to given contact but they giving false massage to customers and bus was delayed 1 hour. Bus number py 05 a 2739...

Stop parking your huge number if buses and torturing residents. Your bus employees enjoy using ac and bus will be in start mode most if the time spoling our sleep at nights. If you run a business run it without harming others which is a common sense. Don't park your buses in public property (Parks). Children stopped playing in park because of your parking issue. This is happening in singasandra bangalore. Hope this reaches to management....

Your drivers are driving very rashily in the city of Visakhapatnam. They are overtaking two wheelers by a very close margin. When asked they are replying rudly stating we know how to drive. The passenger lives is also at stake. I was connered twice by these komitala travels busses. I took a photo of one bus which overtook me by a very close margin....

Hello i booked my tickets from visakhapatnam to nellore and i cancelled my tickets due to timings problem i booked it through net banking of sbi when i cancelled it the amoumt gone to yatragenie wallet i want it to my bank please return it to my bank i need it fastly so please return it to my bank as fast as possible i will give my account details when you response to my complaint...

The komitla bus services plying from chennai to hyderabad did not have permit beyond ongole. The passengers were asked to get down from the bus and change to another bus at 2:30am at ongloe, andhra pradesh. There was a delay of 2 hours. On research, i got to know there was multiple complaints with the travels. The driver and the helper boys were also rude and did not answer to anything.
Even after multiple complaints, neither yatragenie...
