[Resolved]  Konnagar Gas Service — not deliver gas one and half years.

Dear sir / Madam, my gas connection consumer no K 7003, Customer name Pranabesh Mitra, under indane distributor of Konnagar Gas service. from 2011 sept to 2012 sept we went to outstation for my brother illness. after that we back in Konnagar 25th sept 2012. they after i ask for my gas cylendar . on that time staff of Konnagar gas service people ask for money Rs. 2000/- for the unblock my connection and change name from me to my elder brother name. basically right now we are in financial crises. in that moment my 76 years age brother and my 65years sister in law and me are get trouble last 1 years from 2012. severely my brother visit to konnagar gas service office they stand they are own position.gas service address is G T road, Konnagar, Hooghly 712235. i humble requesting you please look after thia matter and do the needful Thanking you.
