I just order 3 racerback vests and in the time for payment method i choose prepaid option by my upi id. My payment done successfully but my order show fail and my money debited from my account please help me as soon as possible

I hope u will respond me soon i m warry about my money it feel like is was gone somewhere without any benifit..!😔

I purchased a shirt on 23 September 2019 and paid for the product online. The company has still not delivered the product. I have already talked to support executives 2 times but they have not been able to give a satisfactory answer for delay in dispatching the product.
