[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — not refunding after the product has been reached to the warehouse

On 6 September i order 2 jean ( order id[protected], then after few days i have received the pant, then i try the pant it was too tight for me then i return the product to the addres on the given on the website throught courier service dtdc (tracking id Z[protected]. The packet had reach the warehouse days days ago bt still no update was given, so i call the customer care, they said they dint recieve the packet, koovs are not refunding money, having such a bad experience, i will never buy again, dont trust refund on kovvs, and the product are not good

The exchange parcel was picked up from me on 17th nov and its 9 days now and its not even reached the warehouse. I have talked to the koovs executive several time and they are just asking me to give them more and more time. Now my patience has reached its limits and i need an instant action or refund
