I want to say my personal experience about koovs.com, i visited the site by seeing some relevant adds from Facebook i guess and i visited the site then i like 2 product very much and i have purchased those by making net banking payment and after 7 days later i received the product which was not fitting me at all... then i raised a request for return and refund me the money so they accepted return on 23/08/ 2021, courier picked up the parcel on 25/08/2021 morning but till date no proper update from koovs related to refund.. i contacted them through email and phone many times but they are just wasting time in the name of courier not received in ware house and quality check and bla bla... i requested them so many times to do it fast as i have to attend friends marriage function and i already spent my money in their product worth Rs.2149/- 02/09/2021 koovs refund but my Bank account not received money not any massage & mail received you're money received completed fraud
