ORDER ID: 2584224 JACK & JONES Dot Striped Shirt the product was delivered, which to my surprise was never included in the cart. I had placed an order for JACK & JONES Dot Striped Shirt while i received a

Rare rabbit brand shirt of much more higher price. Later on koovs person has closed the refund request saying they have checked the cctv footage and refund is not possible for the same.on 25/09/2016 the

product was reverse picked by delhivery courier.
I would like say that As we can ascertain about the product only after delivery. So there must be some terrible mistakes at your end while sending the product. the moment i received the product i had

informed you about the wrong product to koovs on 25/09/2016. this was my last purchase from koovs. Please help me getting my refund .
