I have ordered koovs zip detail ankle boots on july 23, 2016 from koovs and the product was delivered on august 1, 2016. Since the boots were ill fitting i wanted to return the product. So i request to refund my money in store credits as soon as possible since this is the last day for the return of the product. I'm very disappointed with koovs because i called customer care several times for the refund of my money but there was no response at all. I had ordered a pair of shoe but they are one size bigger thn my leg. So now I want to exchange it but u people have not updated the system and its coming like order status in progress ..But I have received my item. Please help me.
