[Resolved]  Koovs.com — Koovs cancelled my prepaid order without intimation n dont refund

ORDER# 1229196, I purchased two items from KOOVs.com and did the payment using net banking. later i saw that they have only sent one item and other they have cancelled. there is no intimation to me. I keep trying to reach them by 5-5 time phone call n infinite waiting, email, facebook, twitter and google+ etc. but cannt reach to them at all. i will nvr ever buy from this fraud site. they must refund my money with compensation. the funny part the item they cancelled is still available in the site with the size i had.. so obviously its planned cheating they do to trap many people. Buggers
