[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — money debited order not placed | |
I just tried to buy two skater dresses on koovs. While placing the order through my upi my money has been debited and the order shows as failed. I waited for a few minutes for the money to get debited back to my account, but it's not happening. Please answer my concern. The transaction id is:[protected] Registered email id: suhita. [protected]@gmail.com This is the 2nd time this is happening. (Although when it happened few weeks back it was resolved in an hour) but this time no luck. It's been a day and nothing.
