I have received packet of 4 nos. of LED Bulbs against order no.AB4538575 against the cash payment of Rs.349/- to courier company as they refuse to give consignment without cash. I have taken up the matter your help line no.[protected] and talked to Mr. Ankit regarding advance payment of Rs.349/-. He confirmed that advance payment made by me by debit card will be refunded. We understand your issue, but have few questions :
1) From which E commerce website did you purchased the bulbs ?
2) If it was a prepaid order then why did you paid the courier person ?
3) The helpline number is not ours, and we have not received any calls / mails regarding this matter from you.
Please provide a snapshot of the shipping label and mail us at [protected]@korel.co.in so that we can take this matter forward.
