Koryo — Ac ke parts kharab hai change krna hai

My complain no. Is[protected]
Maine ye complain 3month phele likhaya hai lekin abhi tak problem solve nhi hui hai customer care ko call krti hu to wo keh rhe hai wait for 48hr after 48 hrs i called the said again wait for 72 hrs. What's its all. Now i want pls arrange a parts as soon as possible ya change my ac unit.
