I bought Koryo split inverter ac approx 2 years back and since than cooling has been issue. Now this season I called service men to service and he says ac indoor unit coils are almost gone and he tried to repair but still no cooling. I am so Feb up with this AC I feel my money waited.

Hello, i had purchased Koryo Polar 1.5 Ton Ac in T nagar, chennai on[protected], a few days back AC stopped working, when I checked with a local technician, he said the compressor had a leakage and needed to replace the compressor set. so i m trying to contact the customer care number but couldn't find one from online,

kindly share the authorised service center in chennai number and address.

I purchased a geyser from koryo and now there mentioned customer service number is not reachable. I have been trying to contact them for the last 10 days but no contact details are valid.

Microwave heating problem

I bought koryo led bulb from big bazar, patiala. (Punjab) on[protected]. Now it shows fault and not working. It is under warranty. How I can change this product. Now Big bazar is closed in patiala. My contact number is [protected].

The compressor is under warranty and it has some defect, it is making a big sound and oil is coming out of it in the outer unit . Please do the needful . We are very tensed because none of the toll free nos are working

I had purchased Koryo AC on 2018 and one compressor has got shocked circuit and unable to load the cooling capacity. I also get it checked with local repair guy and we got to know that we need to replace compressor.

There's 5 year of warranty for copper base compressor and Since two weeks i'm trying to contact Koryo customer care but no luck. All of your phone lines are dead and not in service. need urgent assistance.

I'm resident in Gujarat, Rajkot. This product was purchased from Big Bazar Rajkot. and Compressor is still under warranty.
