We would like to inform you that, we have KORYO washing machine fully automatic and we are using this product, we are complaining that we have problem in machine not working and we called several times to customer care, but still not yet solved. This is not good for Koryo company, kindly solve this issue on top urgent basis.model# KWM6218TL

      I bought koryo washing machine in 2018 from big bazaar mayur vihar outlet. Now its motor not working. Display and power working. Now customer care executive said that koryo company is shutdown and they are dealer. And they will charge for visit and repair. Visit charge is ok. But why I pay for motor repair. When its under 10year motor warrenty. Koryo company need to solve this issue on priority or else I moved to consumer court.

          The agent hasn't mentioned the tenure/month in warranty card.

          please look into this and do the needful ASAP as agent has denied to replace the machine.

              OTG is not working properly and upper heating rods are not working now but lower rods are working. As such, OTG is heating very slow. Change o[censored]pper heating rods are required to be charged. Your necessary action for the change of rods are required.

                I bought Koryo split inverter ac approx 2 years back and since than cooling has been issue. Now this season I called service men to service and he says ac indoor unit coils are almost gone and he tried to repair but still no cooling. I am so Feb up with this AC I feel my money waited.

                        Hello, i had purchased Koryo Polar 1.5 Ton Ac in T nagar, chennai on[protected], a few days back AC stopped working, when I checked with a local technician, he said the compressor had a leakage and needed to replace the compressor set. so i m trying to contact the customer care number but couldn't find one from online,
