Koryo — ac not cooling properly.

I have purchased a Ac on 7 April 2019, but after installation it look it is Not Cooling properly, and after complaint no executive come to us.

Please make it ok or I will file case against koryo Company making fool o[censored]s.

I purchase 1 ton koryo AC last year. After one year they not cooling. I complain in koryo company about ac but there technician is not come and the company head is not ask with me properly.
My family is very disappointed.plese help me
