Brand new ac stopped cooling in march 2020. Immediately complain was raised, but a technician comes to inspect after 2 months and says remote is the issue, gas is absolutely fine only needs to have a remote. Comes back after 25 days with new remote i paid for same cash.ac still doesnt cool. Technician tells me now, gas is the issue, and confirmed will come back after 2 days with gas to fill in.
It's been more than a month now the technician did not come nor anybody at koryo is ready to take the ownership and responsibility of resolving the issue. Pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
