DEAR TEAM,
I purchased a koryo microwave oven, model number "kmg21bf11"on 17/01/2021 from big bazar baguiati raghunathpur branch. As per billing date and guarantee card, the product would be guaranteed one year.
But their product was damaged 2 month ago. I called customer care and called the log . The tele executive advised me that the executive would visit soon. After the visiting executive told me it had been damaged it would be replaced.
Again I called customer care and they told me the product will be sent to your big bazaar branch within seven days. You would go and collect it. Your replacement note number"798496" and your call id "[protected]".
After ten days later i visited big bazar they told me product not replace because they not receive product. Again and again I visited big bazaars. Again and again they did not replace my product; they told me to contact their koryo service.
Koryo customer care told me to contact the bigbazaar because it’s not their concern. Again and again I visited the big bazar but they told me it’s not their concern because they did not receive this product against this replacement id. After all, I did not receive a replacement product. I have been suffering from this problem for 2 months.
