Koryo — Not able to receive service on time for repair

On 11th May- I have requested for service for repair on [protected] as I have been facing some issue with my T.V set. They assured that I'll be getting service within 48 hrs. there's no action taken till yet.

On 12th May- I received message -

Visiting time - 09:00 - 10:00
(after that message no one came and now no one is picking the call)
