Koryo — portable ac service due from long time | |||
I have to take this step to bring into your notice the harassment i had faced from koryo customer support team. I bought a portable ac last year and have raised a request for its service on 23rd march. I was told that the service professional will visit within 24 hours. But its been more than 10 days now, no one has turned up. I have been continuously following up with koryo support team and called them 4 -5 times and each time i get a same resolution that the "issue have been escalated to head office". Twice, the agent disconnected the call in between. This is the worst customer experience i have received till now. I bought a toaster but toast are burning in lowest .I also complaint at center they said for checking after repair the condition was still same .I didn't use it even for one .It's a totally loss of our money mental problem. I don't want this product n want my money back or murge for other item
