Koryo — TV not working- not getting service in warranty period

We purchased the TV on 16/08/2021 and from 09/02/2021 it is not working.
We registered the complaint on 9th September and till now it is not resolved.
Complaint was cancelled stating customer was not responding. But that is not true and we didn't get any call.
It was escalated one time but still the issue is not resolved.
