An Officer of Kotak Life Insurance talked me into going in for a pension plan WITHOUT disclosing that it called for a Certificate of
Existence to g et the annual payment from theCompany

I complained to the Company and they have offered to arrange for the COE and get it signed from me. However, this is not acceptable to me . It can happen that I am not available in Mumbai and hence the money willbe withheld

I have offered to the Company to

Either cancel the COE
or
Return my amount ofRs.5 lakhs

They are unwilling to do either.
