Worst Customer service- Revival of policy
i have a policy with Kotak Life insurance , which there So called Lifeexpert sold it to me. This person used to collect the amount from me for two consecutive years. then this person suddenly disappeared ( so called Lifeexpert).
And i ahve no communication what soo ever from Kotak or Life Expert, and then when i realized in Oct-09that i had a policy, for which i had to pay an annual premium of 15K in Feb-09 ,a nd from that day onwards...

Blocking of Renewal Commission
Dear Mr. Kaushal,
As per the IRDA rule, once an LA completes 5 yrs of active agency from any company, he is entitled to the renewal commission even if he gets terminated. You can in no way stop my commission as I have completed more than 5 yrs in the company.
My agency came into force on 03/03/2004 and I was an active agent till 22.07.2009. Hence there is no way you can stop my renewal commission.

I have been following to get my policy active from 30 months now. I have submitted the major revival forms 5 times to the kotak branches. After the below email, I have resubmitted the form to Rajaji Nagar Branch, it was sometime in July 2008.
