My name is vishal chaurasiya. I am writing this to share you something really important.
I am a student and i don't have any source of income except pocket money from parents. I got to know about kotak 811 and opened an account with kotak in the month of october 2017. I was informed by branch staff that since it's a zero balance account, you don't need to maintain any balance. Everything was going well and then one day on 28th march, i opened my kotak app just to see balances available. I was shocked to see that my account was debited 5 times on the name tbms charge (59+59+78.47+78.47+59 = 333.94). That too in march only. I tried to inquire about the same but then ignored. Again on 8 apr my account was credited with inr 59. This time i went crazy. I visited the branch (Sion) immediately. Such a rude lady on help desk. I asked for the same and what i got to know there will blow your mind.
She said - sir, each time you want deposit money in your 811 a/c you will be charged.
I asked - why? She gave a mind blowing answer.
She answered - because it's digital a/c, using offline services will cost you.
Wow, that was awesome one. I immediately withdrew my all the money went back to home.
Basically, we are fooled on the name free services. It's a big fraud and it's our responsibility to make them stop this loot. They think we are chuti*ye and won't do anything.
