I have recently open ac and transfer amount and going to apply for debit card but it shows try again i tried 4 times and same error shows than i closed the app after 1 hour i checked again and my balance was deducted 4 times and i am shocked because there is not any message when i am doing apply that time and now it deducted the amount of rupees 234 for 4 times and can the balance amount will be return to my account or not please i need solution.

    On april 2nd i have tried to order food online at swiggy the transaction was not successful but rs.166 got deducted from my account.

    On april 3rd swiggy support acknowledge the failed transaction and they said the issue is from bank, money will be credited to my account with in 5 to 7 days.

    But I still didn't receive any amount from the bank.

      Detail of transaction above the money was not dispensed from the atm and money was debited from my account. The transaction details and the atm number is given above.

          Since the activation of credit card in october 2017 every month whenever petrol is purchased some amount is returned by ioc to the credit card. This amount is to be reduced from the total amount to be paid by the customer on due date.in october 2017 to february 2018 petrol worth rs 2000 was purchased. Rs 50 per purchase was returned to the credit card account. Kotak mahendra credit card persons very cunningly did not reduce the amount so returned instead added the amount in the total payment to be paid by the customer, thereby misappropriation of rs 100 per purchase of patrol. They have cheated me an amount of rs 500 (Minimum) so far.in the month of march rs 299 was paid to vodaphone, some how the amount was returned to kotak mahendra credit card.in the monthly statement of march 2018 kotak mahendra credt card has charged both out going and incoming amount thereby cheating the customer an amount of rs 598. You are requested to check all monthly credit card statements of crn no[protected]and e-mails pertaining to amount returned sent by kotak mahendra credit card to the customer. Please instruct kotak mahendra credit card to return the amount fraudulently charged from the customer.

            Hello friends,

            My name is vishal chaurasiya. I am writing this to share you something really important.

            I am a student and i don't have any source of income except pocket money from parents. I got to know about kotak 811 and opened an account with kotak in the month of october 2017. I was informed by branch staff that since it's a zero balance account, you don't need to maintain any balance. Everything was going well and then one day on 28th march, i opened my kotak app just to see balances available. I was shocked to see that my account was debited 5 times on the name tbms charge (59+59+78.47+78.47+59 = 333.94). That too in march only. I tried to inquire about the same but then ignored. Again on 8 apr my account was credited with inr 59. This time i went crazy. I visited the branch (Sion) immediately. Such a rude lady on help desk. I asked for the same and what i got to know there will blow your mind.

            She said - sir, each time you want deposit money in your 811 a/c you will be charged.

            I asked - why? She gave a mind blowing answer.

            She answered - because it's digital a/c, using offline services will cost you.

            Wow, that was awesome one. I immediately withdrew my all the money went back to home.

            Basically, we are fooled on the name free services. It's a big fraud and it's our responsibility to make them stop this loot. They think we are chuti*ye and won't do anything.

            I registered for opening my new kotak 811 bank account through kotak 811 mobile app...but I didn't get any verification call...now also I cant register again for opening account...

                I am bhaumik desai. Contact number [protected]. I had applied for kotak pl. They told me that my amount has been approved and will get disburse in 1-2 days. They kept me waiting for 25 days and after 25 days they gave me only 5% amount of my application with higher interest rate. After 1-2 months suddenly they sent a credit card without asking me. I added money in my kotal bank account for my pl emi they blocked whole amount. Again i transferred another amount for emi they blocked that amount also. I added money 3 times they blocked all my money. Total 60k they have blocked without my permission. Due to them today my emi will get bounce.

                I observed their strategy to put customer into bad debt by asking them they will give you loan amount at lower interest rate. They will make you helpless by letting you wait for 25 days. They will give you less amount so that you will thik some other options for rest of the money and suddenly send you the credit card. Once you use their credit card you will suffer with bad debt. At the end they will insist you to make minimum payment which will totally they count as an intrest. Worst bank i har ever seen.
                Made multiple complaint but still my money is blocked. And no body is responding. Going to close all accounts.

                Beware of their scam. Don't choose kotak mahindra bank. They will take tour money without your permission.

                  My brother is getting tortured by your god damn bloody branch in bangalore for trying to close personal loan.
                  He is being made to make multiple visits with bs new reasons every single time. They are trying to exploit more money in the name of additional loan closure charges.

                  We have the money to close the personal loan account with a single payment, but we are being harrassed to make multiple visits and asked to visit with a new bs justification/reason everytime.

                  The fact is the customer service idiots do not know anything about the process and they are idiots. All they know is to make the customers visit billion times before the account is closed. Uneducated morons, no manners, no work ethics.

                  They will make million phone calls if you miss a payment, but they will not show the same level o[censored]rgency when someone wants to close the loan. Bloody useless banking process.
                  They are able to do it because there is no law to stop these businesses from harrassing the general public.

                      I had complaint regarding account [protected]
                      The bank employees are deducted 62500 rs for life insurance. I refused the policy and said that i am not interested but till now the payment is not credit in my account it is wrong way. U r harass me who will pay the loss of mine. Kindly reverted my money 62500 and same amount to my wife madhur audichya 's account. Otherwise i will take legal action against bank.

                      Hai.. I'm using kotak 811 account from 6 months and with out any mail, notification or text message they have charged 30 rupees once and 33.18 rupees once in march and April 2018... Need a solution for this permanently and it's annoying me a lot...

                        My name is piyush gupta i have an account with kotak bank, on the date of 7th april 2018, kotak bank has charged me approx, 2800rs. For non maintaince and again deducted money from my account on 8th april aftetr taked to the customer service excutive approx 400rs., still they deducted my own money from my own account, i request kotak bank to reverse my money back, i will take a legal action against them.

                        I never suggest any one to take any kind of banking services from kotak bank such a rubbish services and the management of the bank, and custmoer services are so imbressing.

                          Hello my account balance get deducted today 9/4/2018. First deduction was for 590 INR and second deduction was for 635INR. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.call get ended very bad service. I don't know what to do this going to happen in future.

                            My loan account no.-ispl82607 with kotak bank has been charged around rs 6000/- fine without being any bounce or late fine. I applied for a fresh loan from hdfc which has nt been got approved bcz of this. I had written them many times to waive off this unnecessary charges on me but the kotak bank officials are nt listening. Also they have charged me today rs 295 for send me the loan account statement. They themselves had stopped deducting ecs from my obc bank account after ing vysya bank merger with kotak bank. They also had nt given me satisfactory answer for these unnecessary charges. I want from consumer forum to ask them not go charge penal charges from me.

                                  I have a very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank. I had submitted kotak bank cheque for closure of my pl account. For confirmation they have sent a mail to me, but since i was driving i could not access the mail. By the time i saw the mail they have returned the check. I agree that due to security reason, bank should ask for confirmation. But in one hour sort notice, it is difficult for anyone to respond. Now a days cibil score means a lot, but without any fault you spoiled my cibil. I am using kotak cc, saving account, and also an insurance. But really everywhere i disappoint. I will never suggest any one to keep any banking relation with kotak. Simply dont go with kotak because of 6% interest on saving account.. Etc. They are just making you fool.

                                    I have been charged 1445.50 and 645.50 on 8th april 2018 and 5.90 on 9th april 2018.. Bank has deducted 2070 rupees from my account in the name of tbms charge.. For bank it may not be a big amount but for me it was the only saved money i had in my account for use. It's my hard earn money and currently am unemployed, this was a big shock to me. How can you deduct money from my account. Refund my money, if you want i will close the account.

                                    They do this on purpose by the time you realise they would have deducted thousands, and at last when you confront they will simply say we can't refund your money back only thing we can do is to stop deducting more money.

                                      I am pnb atm card holder and i tried my said atm card twice at kotam bank atm in shop number a-128, sewak park, new delhi[protected] &[protected] on 03.04.2018 for rs.2000/- both the times but the amount did not come out in the first instance and the amout of rs.4000/ was deducted from the account. Please help in resolving the case and refund rs.2000/- in the said pnb account no.[protected].

                                        My name is pravallika from proddatur a person from your bank has called me and said that your profile has been selected for our bank as a operation manager and said to paid the amount 2680 and it will be refundable amount for the interview purpose after that amit called me and said iam ur relationship manager he interviewed me through telephone and said me to pay 7500 for documents verification and i have paid the amount and amit cal me and said to pay 11000 to open an account and it will be transfer as a current account after joining and you will receive the appointment order with in 4days and these all the amount will be refunded when you join he said me to sign a agreement for 2 years after saying these things i have a dbt on them whether the documents are related to these bank papers or else something else. I refer some people and they said these are looking like something wrong. After that i call amit and ask these things and he didn't say anything and cut the phone. And now those people are not responding and he didn't pickup my cal.

                                        Pls take an action of those people because so many poor people are trusting these people and giving money to them.
