Kotak Prime Ltd. — Unprofessional services/wrong commitments

This is with reference to my car theft insurance claim.

It took me 4 months to arrange for a release from my insurance company to Kotak and the cheque finally reached Kotak office on 29th September (also confirmed by Mr. Amit Bhargava - the person who was coordinating with me for all this). I had specifically requested for NEFT to be made and shared by details for the same as well the next day.

It is since then I am following up with Mr. Amit and its 21st of October today. He hasn't picked up my calls nor replied to my messages. And hes is the same guy who use to call me every alternate day when the money release was due from insurance and shared all the bad that could happen if the money was not received on time by Kotak.

Additionally, I have been trying to get in touch with Kotak representatives, unfortunately they have not had the time to either pick up my repeated phone calls or respond to my messages.

This seems to be very unprofessional on your part since you are representing a reputed firm like Kotak and your tagline is 'LETS MAKE MONEY SIMPLE". Hence, I'm compelled to write this. Despite my many attempts of reaching all the Kotak representatives, till today I have no clue where my release amount is and the nest part is that the customer care team has no idea on this as well.
Basis commitment given to me by Mr. Amit (who is Kotak for me) the money is on its way for the past 10 days. The same situation when explained to customer care they say that we have to get in touch with Mr. Amit and see what is the update and there is no delay from our side. If that was the case then why hasn't the RTGS been made till now?

As explained earlier to Mr. Amit that I have certain financial commitments pending for the past few months which were planned basis his commitment telephonically. It is upsetting that I have to bear penalties due to a lacuna in Kotaks process.

I hope this association with Kotak does not end up in a bad taste as a customer I have been diligently following your instructions of making all payments from Day 1. The car was stolen in the month of March and till date I have been monitoring the payment from the insurance company due for Kotak personally.

I do not think that the same amount of sincerity on Kotaks behalf is too much to ask for.

You guys cannot do anything now as the damage is already been done.
