After one month bank not issue my car NOC loan accounts cf9441610 so Kotak bank is bad bank for customer services and Gurgaon branch office not support to help this matter branch not attend of customer phone customer care service always says that after I created my complaint that after 2 days problem is solved but problem not clear so Kotak Mahindra prime Bank is not good for taking loan...

This is with reference to my car theft insurance claim.

It took me 4 months to arrange for a release from my insurance company to Kotak and the cheque finally reached Kotak office on 29th September (also confirmed by Mr. Amit Bhargava - the person who was coordinating with me for all this). I had specifically requested for NEFT to be made and shared by details for the same as well the next day.
