Funds transferred to bank account as per sebi settlement transfer not reflecting in bank account even after 5 working days. No support or details available for transaction reference number. Seems kotak is utilizing the funds for another purpose. Very poor handling of such monetary matters, given the fact when there is a delay on margin funding, the interest is charged without asking, whereas no clarity on such delays from the whole kotak securities team.
