Today I traded with my Kotak Neo App[protected] i bought a call of 47700 (02:11PM) whose price was 38 /- rupees at that time after that I was selling at 02:20 at the price of 42/- Rupees but at the same time due to hanging of Kotak Neo App I could not sell I tried many times at the same time but app for a long time The hang lasted for about 20 minutes. I think its not my fualt its done from your side. Due to which...

First they gain our trust then they commit things and when We Trade they will punch Orders ASAP and If you want to Square off positions app will be STOP working. Give us OUR MONEY BACK OR DELETE THESE TYPE OF APP PLEASE STOP THESE SCAMMERS ....

Please do not punch OUR TRADES IF YOU are not able to Square off in the RIGHT TIME . We are Facing LOSS BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS .
PLEASE DONT COMMIT WE WILL PROVIDE THIS AND THAT IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THOSE THINGS ....

I have taken up this issue with Kotak Securities already. On the 20th October 2023 the NEO app from Kotak Securities had a malfunction affecting many users. Due to this malfunction in NEO app I could not put a stop loss or square off my positions since all the positions disappeared for a good 30 minutes. My name is Abi John and I am from Baroda. I have a kotak securities trading account (6DBS3) with Ahmedabad Branch & have been using Keathprox for several years. I registered a complaint via mail on 8-Mar-23 to my RM, Mr. Vatsal Khatri regarding discrepancies in the contract note for trades carried out on 1-Mar-23. Since I did not receive any response, I sent reminders on 15-Mar-23. 22-Mar-23 & 31-Mar-23, but still I did not get any response....

Kotak group secure one ne 2, 317rs ka amount mere bank account se deduct kiya hai mein koi life insurance policy nhi li thi fir bhi inhone deduct kiya meine bahut saare calls and emails bhi kiye or mein apni kotak branch mein gyi par muje koi help nahi Mili mera refund ager nhi aaya toh muje legal action lena hoga.

Please do remove from Phone number (+91 [protected]) from all your services. I receive calls and SMS about it and I don't want any such SMS or calls from Kotak groups. Please do needful...

This free brokerage Kotak Neo APP never provide any good CUSTOMER services, always crappy. People avoid this free brokerage TRAP - after end of the day it will take you to loss because if you are in profit and want to exit then Crappy App will not let you do. And worst thing CUSTOMER CARE never ### up phone and they never call you even if you having lakh rs Loss. they dont CARE at all. This kind of incident happened...

There is issue in kotak neo app from last two trading seasons, I'm continuously calling to your customer support but no one receiving the call, There is no notification regarding tech plm, Your tech team should inform,
All my profits wiped out, Can't book profit and in huge loss. Still no reply from your tech team.
Kindly clear your stand on losses due to Tech Plm in app so i can take decision on trading with Kotak Securities....

I reactivated my dormant D-Mat account 8 days ago. But I am not able to trade (Buy/Sell). I have raised many complaints through Customer Care as well as through local Kotak Securities, Bhopal office. My complaint is still unresolved. Nobody from Kotak Securities is able to give me a single good reason for this technical error/issue. I am feeling cheated and duped.
