Seeking Justice ; help or referral... I have a friend logged 18 sebi scores cases against kotak securities limited seeking justice for sebi violations done on her account with out her consent [brokerage plan changes, account changes, account dormanted/reactivated, segment activated/deactiavted without investor consent etc... excessive brokerage charges charged 19 lakhs instead of 19000 rs ]... multiple Unilateral forced decisions not given investor a choice to make informed decisions as regulated by sebi,. please let me know if you want to talk and refer anyone effected by ksl, any sebi violations made for investor protection we can fight for justice together... thanks A

    Dear Kotak Neo.
    Today I traded with my Kotak Neo App[protected] i bought a call of 47700 (02:11PM) whose price was 38 /- rupees at that time after that I was selling at 02:20 at the price of 42/- Rupees but at the same time due to hanging of Kotak Neo App I could not sell I tried many times at the same time but app for a long time The hang lasted for about 20 minutes. I think its not my fualt its done from your side. Due to which I got a loss of Rs. 6300 / - I also told this issue on toll free, but I did not get any strong support nor did I get my amount back yet, I am mailing you again and with screen short, I sincerely hope that you will solve my problem.

          I have taken up this issue with Kotak Securities already. On the 20th October 2023 the NEO app from Kotak Securities had a malfunction affecting many users. Due to this malfunction in NEO app I could not put a stop loss or square off my positions since all the positions disappeared for a good 30 minutes. In my frantic attempts to sell the lots, I lost at least 5-6 points per share that amounts to closely 40K-45k for a total of 7875 shares, script name "Eicher Motors 3580 CE 26 October". Although the brokerage firm is owning up to the mistake in the app, they are providing a very less amount as compensation/goodwill gesture which is approximately for 2 points only. I am not getting a clear communication for the broker and being asked to bear 50-70 percent of the mistake done by NEO app.

            Hello, I got some stocks from Kotak margin trading, but billed for the full amount, when i sold the stocks, I only got half of the money back. Also, Kotak billed me for cancelled transaction, their customer service couldn't provide any details of the transaction even after i gave them the bill number. Kotak's margin trading is fraud, please don't buy

                I'am holding NRE trading account with Kotak securities and it is linked with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
                Please note that Short term capital gains tax and Long term capital gains tax have been deducted from my PINS account.                     My name is Abi John and I am from Baroda. I have a kotak securities trading account (6DBS3) with Ahmedabad Branch & have been using Keathprox for several years. I registered a complaint via mail on 8-Mar-23 to my RM, Mr. Vatsal Khatri regarding discrepancies in the contract note for trades carried out on 1-Mar-23. Since I did not receive any response, I sent reminders on 15-Mar-23. 22-Mar-23 & 31-Mar-23, but still I did not get any response. And since I marked a copy of the 3rd reminder to the escalation team, I received a reply from Vatsal aswell as from from Madhuri Chavda (Escalation team) seeking to have a conversation with me over the phone. I specifically asked them to revert to me with the revised contract note or send me the details of the contract in written via mail, so that it stays as a reference for the future. However, even the escalation team official Madhuri has washed her hands by sending the same mail again & again saying that they have tried to contact me on my mobile, without any success and that I need to call up on a number [protected].
                    I don't understand why Kotak Securities Officials are not able to resolve a issue related to discrepancies in contract note for the last 1 month. And why is that that even the escalation team Official is reluctant to communicate regarding the discrepancies in written via a mail. What kind of customer service is this ? And what is the meaning of escalation matrix when even the escalation matrix official evades responsibilities ?
                    All that I have asked for is a clarification to the discrepancies in one single contract note ? That'a not rocket-science, but your officials still tend to be totally irresponsible which seems deliberate.
                    Can somebody look into this ? or would I have to still keep on sending reminders and mails to the higher officials in the escalation matrix ?

                              Greetings,

                              This free brokerage Kotak Neo APP never provide any good CUSTOMER services, always crappy. People avoid this free brokerage TRAP - after end of the day it will take you to loss because if you are in profit and want to exit then Crappy App will not let you do. And worst thing CUSTOMER CARE never ### up phone and they never call you even if you having lakh rs Loss. they dont CARE at all. This kind of incident happened mANY TIMEs. Funny part I emailed that CEO, Head of the Department, Escalation Team but nobody will HELP you. So Just keep Distance from Kotak Securities Trading or NEO.

                                There is issue in kotak neo app from last two trading seasons, I'm continuously calling to your customer support but no one receiving the call, There is no notification regarding tech plm, Your tech team should inform,
                                All my profits wiped out, Can't book profit and in huge loss. Still no reply from your tech team.
                                Kindly clear your stand on losses due to Tech Plm in app so i can take decision on trading with Kotak Securities.
