KPN Speed Parcel Service — horrible service and rude behavior of the staff

A washing machine was booked from madurai to chennai on 10 feb 2020 with proper address being mentioned at the time of booking. The delivery branch was chosen wrongly by the staff of booking branch. When i requested for getting the item to the branch near to my house where it was supposed to be booked, they denied. I tried to contact kpn parcel service for lodging a complaint since 11 feb 2020 evening. There was no proper number for contacting and there was no proper response from their staff whenever phone was attended. I tried almost 50 to 60 times in the numbers available for contacting the booking branch and head office at salem. Maximum times phone was not attended by the staff. And sometimes when the phone was attended the response was not good. Also i got a rude reply from the manager of the booking branch and one of their staff at their head office talked in a harsh manner justifying that their staff has booked it only based on the address told to them. Whereas the address provided while booking is ambattur pin - 600053 but the consignment was booked to ambattur estate branch (Pin code - 600058). Based on the experience i got from the conversation with the staff i have a opinion that there is no value for the word "customer service" in kpn parcel service. Moreover there is nothing called grievance redressal or attending to a complaint filed by a customer. Finally i would suggest people to opt for some other parcel service to avoid such bitter experiences.
