I left my ktm bike on 10th of January in Chennai's THIRUVANMIYUR kpn parcel service. And it was received late. Bill invoice was for 2100 but person in parcel service location asked for 3200 Rs. And vehicle was damaged and it looks like intensional. Worst ever experience and definitely won't again trust or recommend kpn.

Electric scooter which was booked in KPN parcel service on 21.11.23 from Coimbatore to Tuticorin but bike not even dispatched from Coimbatore still and there is no proper response from the agents which was more frustrating than movement.

The parcel was sent on 4th October is not yet received till 10th. when i checked with deliver point, they confirmed that my parcel is not in the truck and it is missed. no one is picked my call from booked point. i lost 45000 rs due to the product not delivered on time.

On 1st of June, we booked 2NOS NEW Sealed Canon Printers & AIO Printers thru Anna Nagar Branch. Invoiced value was Rs. 46500/- Ref LR NO: CHE[protected] booked for Krishnagiri for our Client. As the Parcel did not reach to the destination as per committed date to Krishnagiri and with continuous follow up with them KPN Anna Nagar and Krishnagiri branch they said they were not able to track and shared their managers numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) called all this numbers and called their head office too but no response from them and really disappointed with their Pathetic Service.
As they don't have any online tracking system and we were not able to get any updates, we went to KPN Annanagar branch several times and finally in charge over there connected to his manager from his mobile phone, we spoke to their manager and ordered Mr. Velu ([protected]) to either get my parcel or refund my invoice amount immediately, for which he said they need 30days time for tracking else will settle the same.
After 30 days we did not hear from them, so we called more than 50 times to all the numbers, but no one picks the calls in KPN branch and head office too and as well as to all their managers nos. this is really unfair that no one takes the responsibility in KPN about the missing Parcel. We also lost my client relation and had Business Loss for non-delivery of goods on time.
We have also sent a complaint letter to KPN Salem Head office thru REGISTERED POST on 9th June 2023 for which we haven't got any kind of response or reply or call back from them. It is very difficult to reach head office and there is no escalation matrix also in KPN Parcel Website or in LR Copy. Moreover, there is nothing called grievance redressal or attending to a complaint filed by the customer.
We have also filed a police complaint on 4th July CSR No. 474/2023. Please take immediate action against KPN. This is really unacceptable and really disappointed with KPN service.

I booked my parcel from madurai Villapuram branch booked on 11/07/23 ( LR no: MDR[protected] to Chennai guindy. Still the parcel is not arrived at Chennai yard. No one is responding about the parcel. Planning to file police complaint. Please taken immediate action.

Parceled table, chair, cycle and got everything broken. Contact person response make uncomfortable regarding the issue. High cost table chairs are broken and made me depressed. They give lethogic answer for the breakage and force to take the delivery with the damaged products. Also they will demand for extra charge Rs.150 for cycle, Rs. 250 for bikes apart from bill amount at the time of delivery.

From arantangi I had parceled my bike on 17/12/2022 to nagercoil till now my bike not yet received aratagi customer care number they are also not responding. LR NUMBER IS ART[protected]

The product shipped has dents on its.. its because of careless transport.. dumping weight over the cargo.. no repsonse from kpn service

I have sent parcel from Salem to Chennai Ambattur OT through KPN parcel service on 7th Nov. But it wrongly reached to Ambattur estate. 4 days later(11th Nov) it reached Ambattur OT. Out of 3 boxes only 2 box is reached. And that also damaged. Box is broken and bitten by rat and product also damaged. Respective person is very irresponsible. Need a proper response, compensation for damaged product and all three boxes which i sent....

I have sent parcel on 7th Nov from Salem to Chennai Ambattur OT. After 4 days it reached the destination (since parcel gone to Ambattur estate after 4days it reached Ambattur OT). I have sent 3 corton boxs. Only 2 was reached and one is missing. Received boxs also damaged. The respective person is very irresponsible. Box is broken and got bitten by rat and the products got damaged.

My bike FZ 250 has been booked from Maraimalainagar to Coimbatore on 09/09/2022 today is 13/09/2022 but still the bike didn't received and still no proper response from booked office and also Coimbatore office they are sepeking rude and not taking any responsibility I have paid my charges correctly and what is there problem I don't know and I don't know wr is my bike now.pls help me to find my bike and delivery to me LR no will be given in person

I sent my bike through kpn parcel service on 30/07/22 from Salem to Bengaluru. I received the parcel on 02/08/22 in Bengaluru Mathikere branch. When got the parcel of my bike it was damaged. Rear left indicatoe was damaged and the side stand was broken i have attached the images for reference. The lady in the office also charged me Rs 100/- for unloading even no one was there and they just gave me a blunt small scissors for cutting all the covered pieces. I even had a chat with Whatsapp number of kpn but no Proper response [protected]

Hi, my father send the parcel in 22/07/22 from Nagapattinam to surandai. LR.No: NPT[protected]. Now date is 26/07/22. Still my parcel not came my side. Last three days, i went & enquired to kpn office, but they are not given proper answer. I really tiered & more disappointed to this service. Please make a complaint regarding this issue, and i need my parcel shortly....

It was booked on 27th at hyderabad and it was said to us that the product will reach chennai warehouse in the 28th morning. 28th morning onwards trying all the warehouses and no one is responding possibly. they are saying all parcel will go to salem and third day it will be diverted to destination and the sms will be shared...urgent medicine parcel, why they are disappointing us badly with wrong commitments and wrong service for such a high charges... terrible...worst service from kpn...do not use such irresponsible services

It was said the consignment will reach the destination next day and it is not answering any one. there was a consignment booked in hyderabad and today morning expected at koyambedu, chennai and no one is answering and getting irregular answers and saying the person will get sms and after that come and pick...it may take 2 or 3 days... what kind of service it is...

A parcel was booked with food, metal boxes and rice items. It was booked on 05/04/2022 in Tuticorin branch to KR Puram Bangalore. When it was received the box was in horrible condition. And it was opened. When we checked inside, 1 full rice packet had spilled (looks like torn with knife) and almost all the metal utensils had become bent also a karachi biscuit pack and some other items were missing. We called the head office number and no one responded. We would not have posted this if they were small items like a paper etc. but a BIG packet of karachi biscuits, unacceptable.

I have kept my things for courier in kpn moore st, chennai on[protected], booked the item to Polur.
And today[protected] didn't receive my goods.
Also tried calling the person with the number given on the message ([protected]).
Tried calling him above 50 times, no response from them.
Seriously speaking very much irritating by the service, my work is getting delayed due to not getting the material on time and losing my business.
Kindly take the proper action and give your franchise to the person who properly manage and not like these people who doesn't care about things

Parcel was in opened, pathetic condition on arrival from Salem to Chennai. Half of the food items in the parcel were looted and there is no response from the concerned authorities for any authenticated response at the least. Customers beware!!

My lR no:[protected].my name jeyathipan, I send my bike in kpn parcel container on 23/11/20221 to chennai..while receiving my bike in chennai my petrol tank was totally damage and also brand new Royal Enfield bike..while transporting scratched or even indicator damage can be acceptable but big dent in upper tank totally irritated me..why we are sending in reputable company like you because it is safe ..but u we’re acted like local company who doesn’t know about transportation and about service..I don’t want ur money but proper action should be taken..it my mistake I send my bike through ur service..even local transporter know how to transport..very very poor service kpn parcels..regarding my complaint u can contact me in [protected]/[protected]

I'm mohan from chennai this month starting Nov 1/2021 chennai to andipatty pulser bike parcel in kpn service charge value of 2200 pay in gpay and phonepe two time payed, our billing employe ask to me not received payment again send payment, but my debited two times still now not refund my amount, cheating the you kpn employe poor service

I've sent bike from Bangalore to Trichy..
They have collected full charges including packing charges..but poor packing and handling. bike petrol valve and self starter button have been broken.. Unsatisfied with the work they have done for the cost I paid..

We gave a parcel services to Devakottai location. But, your people sent a parcel to Sivagangai. I'm waiting for receive the parcel from sivangangai from the morning 11.30 a.m to 3'o clock at your office. Still they are not opened and your person talking rude and wrong...says" I'm out of the city, will come after 1 hour. Wait...wait..I'm waiting from the morning 11.30... On 20.08.2021...give me the solution....

I am from Modern road makers Pvt ltd, Salem, we brought the automobile spares from Bangalore ( k k auto distributor) LR no is BLR [protected] booked dtd is 29-06-21, still the date we didn't get the materials from KPN Salem ( New busstand), they provide the contact no of Bangalore double road branch but every numbers were switch offed condition, and which was given the online contact no also switch offed condition, such as possition what we can do ? Please confirm and revert back by [protected] Dhinesh.

I have booked my parcel from selam to Gummidipoondi,
But After two days i got call from Redhills Branch at Night 8:10Pm,
He said You have to collect your parcel from redhills branch because of Gummidipoondi Branch closed at last week and if you wand i will send you have to pay Rs.700,
Already Paid full amount for that, but again they are asking for there mistake,

My concern is don't use KPN parcel Service.

we have taken delivery of 1 P.B.Poly Bundle parcel booked from Bangalore Vide Lr. No.BLR[protected] at KPN delivery office By Pass Road, Madurai-16.the to pay amount was Rs. 150/.
they charged Rs.150 + Rs.20 Extra . i do not know why they charge this Rs. 20/- extra when we pay extra for loading the same parcel in our vehicle.They have hand written Rs20/ in the printed receipt.
we have totally paid Rs. 30/ extra for collecting the parcel in addition to to pay amount of Rs.150/-
Kindly justify.

I sent a TVS XL to trichy from medavakkam kpn parcel service. The staff has asked to use PAYTM to pay 2000 rs for TVS XL transport. When i booked the amount was debited my account and not credited his account and he then said his account is not working and it is down so it will not work and asked to pay in cash and I paid in cash. for which i asked for the bill and he said we will receive only the sms and no bills. he said by saturday night...
