I sent a TVS XL to trichy from medavakkam kpn parcel service. The staff has asked to use PAYTM to pay 2000 rs for TVS XL transport. When i booked the amount was debited my account and not credited his account and he then said his account is not working and it is down so it will not work and asked to pay in cash and I paid in cash. for which i asked for the bill and he said we will receive only the sms and no bills. he said by saturday night i will receive the sms but on sunday i called as i havent received the SMS And he said only after loading today (sunday) the sms will be got and he ensured he said so on booking itself and i havent received SMS on monday and he said as kpn is leave on sunday this was not done. i asked why he havent informed and he said if i want to take it back i can. i gave the insurance, rc and keys to him and confirmed whether he can give it to trichy on receiving and but non received on enquiring he said all those copies will be for office filing. till date after 8 days of booking the 2000 credited to his account was not returned and the booking was done only for 1500 and he took extra 500 stating packing but there is none was done for packing. the KPN office in medavakkam is the WORST To do business. please take necessary action to get back my amount which was credited extra.

    Need to know the reason for the charges of 300 which not having the clear detail on the bill. Some amount has been added after the calculation of gst.

      Think that sadist people are working in kpn parcel service. Booked one gear cycle at chidambaram but received at kanchipuram with the gear box broken which costs me rs 1800. The men working at loading/unloading just throw the goods.சொறி பிடிச்சவன் கை சும்மா இருக்காது என்பதை போல பார்சல் அனுப்பும் பொருட்களை சேதப்படுத்தி அனுப்புவது அவர்களுக்கு பொழுபோக்கு

        I have booked a speed parcel on monday (21.01.18) from tenkasi to chennai. It’s been three days since the parcel was booked, but no updates regarding the status till now. Even when i called to check the status, majority of the time no one picked the call. Finally once a person attended and when i opened me mouth as parcel, without even asking when was it booked - from where to where - lr number etc., he right immediately told the parcels have not come and no timeline for the delivery and kept the call. Worst response...

Even when i called to check the status, majority of the time no one picked the call.             Many times faced the same consequences with the same Medavakkam branch Office staff. Behaves like as if he is the direct Son of KP Natarajan. Parcel is broken and loss of 4k rupees from my side. He just not even cares for the same. Other day when i went for bike parcel, he is not ready to accept parcels after 5PM. Builds his own rules and regulations. Had good customer responses with other branches. But this guy behaves in a worst manner. Not at all ready to accept his mistakes. Not taking responsibilities of the goods given to him for parcel. Have complained many times to complaint number about this and never recieved any respoinse for my complaints. Sometimes demands extra money for goods delivery.

            I thought that no other parcel office is near Medavakkam. Thank God i found ABT parcel office at perumbakkam. I never want to visit the medavakkam branch anymore. If possible i will try to get his name and post it to all the complaints site available here. Beware of these guys. Think twice thrice or many times before you drop a parcel to Medavakkam KPN parcel Branch

              Three parcel is booked for me from salem to bangalore on 4th. I have still not received the parcel. When i call to enquire the person agent in bommanahalli office is using abusive language and blackmailing that he will not deliver the parcel to me. I need the parcel by today or i will complaint to cusumer and punish in fb and youtube and all social media about kpn parcel service about the guy blackmailing and report to police station as well. I need a reply in few minutes and i need my parcel today.

                we had booked a parcel of 3 gunny bags wide lr no BLR[protected] dt 12.09.2018 from Bommachandra to Chennai perungudi, it consists of 50 valves, on reaching perungudi we found one of the gunny was torn and on counting we found that 1 no missing, we had contacted perungudi, & ponamalle, branches of the parcel service till date we have not got any, kindly check at the transit point s enroute and let us know the status of the missing valve at the earliest
                I sent my washing machine and it was damaged severly totally disappointed and it came late

                  I got parcel from Trichy to Thiruvallur for which payment made by consignor got information through SMS.LR No.[protected]. They are asking Rs 20/- extra per box during deliver the parcel. I was asking the bill for the same, First they informed that this is online charges so bill cannot raised. I strongly asked if online charges you can give a bill 100% then the changed it is for loading and unloading charges. I told them Rs 20/- is not a matter if you can give me bill I am ready to pay even it is Rs200/-. After I forced them finally they have given the bill in Delivery Slip.
                  I noticed the Description on it Freight, Wrapping, Loading /Other charges and tax. I hope they must be collected all these at the booking point then why they are charging RS 20/- per parcel? Is it correct? If correct what way it is correct?
                  It is not a matter of Rs. 20/- for me but your collecting Rs 20/- per parcel assume that you are delivery 1000 parcel in day then you must be Rs. 20000/- per day. But Rs. 20000/- per day is matter
                  Let me Know.
                  1. Why this charges? And why cannot you chare at the time of booking? Or why cannot you informed during booking?
                  2. If I am wrong in what way ?
                  3. If I am correct what is the action to be taken on the Thiruvallur branch?
                  If I do not get any action on it, I will be the advertising of your worse servicer and taking unauthorized money to every on to public. This worse opinion will be advertising through all social media and finally land with Consumer court. I created the evident that your branch people have given feck bill.

                  I too had the same experience..I don't understand why do we pay money for the parcel service if they can't load and unload
                  I am also had the same experience in Arcot and Ranipet branches .. I don't understand why do we pay money for the parcel service if they can't load and unload...they gave me a duplicate bill.

                    My supplier had booked a parcel from bangalore kappanpet kpn branch to udumalpet on 15th april with priority asking that it will reach udumalpet on 16th sunday or atleast 17th monday and after confirmation from bangalore kappanpet branch, they booked the same.

                    16th april morning i called and asked about the parcel and they said their van not come from bangalore and asked me to contact monday. Again monday 17th april morning i called to the number[protected] and asked regarding the arrival of the parcel and again they said that still vehicle has not arrived yet.

                    Called back again on tuesday 18th april and asked and got a reply that vehicle has arrived but our parcel is not in that vehicle with additional information that their system shows parcel was sent from bangalore but it is not arrived in the van.

                    I tried to contact them but what the hell service giving mobile is not working and searched in online they mentioned the contact number is ticket booking number. Y you peoples are giving this type of service. This type of poor information and customer service is making us feel very bad and frustrating.

                    My docket no is blr[protected] till today 20.04.2017 i did not get the parcel as well the status of my parcel.

                    Parcel has been sent but in delivery office not received.

                    So, pls track my parcel asap.

                      first thing not delivered today- not even a call received.
                      No proper response from your team both chennai & bangalore
                      chennai manager : mr.Muthuswamy-
                      bangalore manager :

                      sir / madam, - the product is valuable for us., incase if you told that your vehicle break down., we would made an alternative arrangements to pick the box from our side.

                      No communication received on break down of the vehicle.

                      Value of the goods : rs.30000

                      iam following your chennai manager from today evening onwards., finally he told veh will reach bglr at 8.30 pm
                      our staff was at bangalore kpn ., but material not reached.
                      Asked for driver number ., but refused to give the number

                      who is responsible for this mistake- -needed your reply in these regards.

                      If anything goes wrong with my product you are held responsible -

                      as per mr muthuswamy chennai person ., given the veh no : ka 41- a9997.

                        KPN Speed Parcel Service — Poor care of expensive goods!

                        I have booked expensive merchandise (Valuable poultry Medicine) through KPN Speed Parcel Service, and when I went to get the commodity delivered the Medicine is completely dipped in rain water which made a loss of about more than Rs11,000/-.
