Kpn speed parcel service have to improve much more in its service. We feel very very bad with this service. If we packed and sent 6 bundle of parcel to somewhere...We can't get these all bundle with single delivery. They deliver first two bundle in day 1 and next two in day2 and so on. Very poor customer service. However they deliver the product quickly.. If they could not care the quantity and quality of customer product it is all not worth. Was this information helpful? |
