Kpn Speed Parcel Services Complaints & Reviews

Kpn speed parcel service have to improve much more in its service. We feel very very bad with this service. If we packed and sent 6 bundle of parcel to somewhere...We can't get these all bundle with single delivery. They deliver first two bundle in day 1 and next two in day2 and so on. Very poor customer service. However they deliver the product quickly.. If they could not care the quantity and quality of customer product it is all not worth....

I had booked a parcel with kpn parcel services (Lr no.: hyd[protected] on the 1st of may, 2016, from hyderabad to chennai. I was told that the parcel would reach on wednesday, 4th of may, 2016. When i called them on wednesday
The 4th, i was informed that the parcel has not been shipped yet and that it was going to be shipped on that day and that it would reach chennai on thursday or friday.
