Kpn Speed Parcel Services — Delay in delivery of parcel

Hello sir,

I had booked a parcel with kpn parcel services (Lr no.: hyd[protected] on the 1st of may, 2016, from hyderabad to chennai. I was told that the parcel would reach on wednesday, 4th of may, 2016. When i called them on wednesday
The 4th, i was informed that the parcel has not been shipped yet and that it was going to be shipped on that day and that it would reach chennai on thursday or friday.

I called their hyderabad office on friday, 6th may, to check on the status of the parcel and the lady who picked the phone said that the cargo truck was in salem, at which i got frustrated and asked her to give me an exact date and to stop mocking their customers like this to which she rudely cut the phone. I called again and this time a male voice answered and told me that the parcel would reach me on saturday for sure.

I called them again, to their guindy office (Where i am to receive the parcel) on sunday, 8th may, due to a no-show on saturday, they informed me that their truck is on the way from salem and that it would reach guindy by evening.

I called their guindy office on monday, 9th may and requested them for a status. They asked me to give them half an hour to check. I then called the salem office to know if the the truck had left on saturday. They checked their system for the status and after a tedious ten minutes, they told me they cannot find any records in their system and also asked me if the hyderabad office has shipped it.

I then called the hyderabad office and the person who picked the phone said he isn't responsible and re-routed me to a manager who then called four different people using his land phone to check on the status, which, as usual, did not turn up any results. I called guindy again after this and they said they don't know anything about the parcel.

This is the last time i will use kpn for any of their services. I will not recommend them to anyone and besides will also inform all my friends never to use their services. As for this issue, i hope some action will be taken against them.
