Kpn Travels — ac not working in kpn bus py01-ce9949

Currently i am traveling from chennai to erode in kpn ac multi axile sleeper bus on 10th june 2018 starts from @9:45 pm.

I raised these complaint due to ac is not working in the bus and the backside engine getting heating that leads to the passengers are facing sophisticated and breathing problem.

When we raised a problem to the driver/cleaner/customer service/night duty manager and we are not getting any response for the alternative arrangements.

We totally disappointed to the services and if any medical issues happened to the passengers that will be total responsible by kpn travels
