Extra amount paid

KPN parcel service theni branch charge cost more than other branches for parcel service. Nearly 650 paid extra for bike parcel from theni to coimbatore and they are not responding properly for extra money.

Can someone look into it please.

Bus service cancelled and amount not refunded

I booked a bus ticket on 27th December on KPN Travels for myself to travel on 29th December 2023 from Bangalore to Tenkasi. I booked the ticket through KPN Website. On the travel date, one person contacted around 08.10 PM and informed the bus service was cancelled. He didn't mentioned any alternative option arranged (His Contact Number [protected]). Then he switched off the number. None of the KPN contact numbers were reachable. tenkasi...

In KPN bus servicing from Bangalore to Nagercoil, they loaded several sacks and baskets of flowers of various kinds at a stopover location in Hosur. Then the bus halted for dinner around 7:30 pm in "Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets India Pvt Ltd - A2B Veg restaurant" located at Gundalapallai in the by-pass road NH7 Chinnar - Hosur. Booked sleeper bus but KPN staff asking to travel in semi sleeper. For second time...

I booked tickets for Chennai to Ernakulam date of journey being[protected] sleeper bus 8 pm.. Suddenly KPN travels staff informing me on the day of journey that the bus had broken down.. And that to travel in semi sleeper bus.. This is the second time happening with KPN travels.. Pin number 16180151.. Boarding pass number BL[protected].. Tomorrow I have report to duty.. And sleeper bus would be more preferred than semi sleeper... I think...

KPN - Parcel service

KPN, Parcel service, Its one of the worst parcel service in this world, I have sent a CPU from chennai to dindigul at 24/04/2009, but they have taken 5 days to deliver tat CPU. Also there is no valid response from customer care at Anna nagar branch.

Hereafter i wont consider this KPN services..

Its worst, worst, worst service.

Dear Sir,
I have booked ticket on 26.04.2024 to travel from Ooty to Chennai (Date of travel: 12.05.2024). On the date of travel, i received a call from KPN ooty (Raj Kumar) informing that the vehicle has breakdown, so asked to arrange alternate mode and also he said that the refund will be initiated soon against the cancelled ticket.
But no message from KPN via SMS or email on this matter.
No refund also initiated till date.No response from head office [protected] when reached, No response even after sharing details and requested in watsapp.
Only the Ooty kpn incharge Raj kumar attending my call and responding, however my problem is not resolved till now.
Request you to immediately look into this matter and release my refund amount Rs 13, 524 (Rs 5670 + Rs 7854) at the earliest.I require this amount urgently for my personal needs.

      I booked the ticket from Erode to Chennai yesterday (25/03/2024) - Bus no: PY01CU9919. I boarded the bus from Erode. This morning (26/03/2024), I found that I lost the money (worth 1000 rupees) I kept in my purse. I kept the bag safe. However, I discovered that something mischievous was happening on the bus when we were asked to use the restroom. The driver has switched off the lights when we are about to exit and enter the bus. Kindly look into this issue. I am one of many people who lost money on the trip. One of my co-passengers is also having the same problem.

      I contacted you through the customer care number once I got off the bus. I am sorry, but the number you gave on the website is not working and is unreachable[protected]. Kindly see the problem before others lose their money.

        I recently had the misfortune of traveling with KPN Travels, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience. Yesterday (25.03.2024), during my journey from Erode to Chennai, I encountered a theft incident that left me utterly discouraged.
        While onboard, I realized that my belongings were missing. A ₹2, 000 cash got vanished from my sisters (1000 Rs) and my husband's wallets (1000 rs). Shocked and distressed, I immediately reported the theft to the KPN staff.

        Their responses were nothing short of infuriating. Instead of taking swift action, they exhibited an irresponsible and lethargic attitude. It felt as if they were brushing off my concerns. It left me feeling helpless and betrayed.

        What’s worse, I suspect that KPN Travels might be involved in orchestrating such incidents. Could it be that they arrange fake travellers to distract passengers while thefts occur?

        Additionally, the behavior of the driver was far from professional. During the rest stop the doors were locked with few passengers inside and the lights were shut down for more than 10 mins. Once after the passengers who got down shouted for opening the doors to the driver who was missing at that time. Lethargically answered the passengers and after a bid conversation opened the doors. This is the time may be utilised by the co-passengers or a person one among their team may involved in the theft.
        Even after many queries, he didn’t exclate the issue to his office and answered that he don’t have his office no and replied that to complaint directly in Tambaram Police station. Such an arrogant reply in generic tone was not at all acceptable.

          I booked bus from Chennai to Sathyamangalam on 20th February and bus came to vandalur after 1 hr and then near ulundurpet it brokedown, time was around 1:45 and after 2 hours ie. around 3:30 there was another bus arranged to drop us in ulundurpet bus stop and from there I took government bus to come back home.Driver told full refund will be provided but after so many times filing complaint in redbus, they are saying only 20% can be refunded.Not even 40% of the journey was travelled in KPN so I want complete refund since I faced so many issues as a 25 year old woman travelling alone

            Marked Parcel with Handle with care:-

            But they treated like nothing and thrown the parcel it seems, all the chocolate boxes received were broken.

            Also getting extra 10 and 20 rs cost apart from parcel charges

            This KPN service was a good service earlier but today someone took the products like, 2 chocolate boxes worth 600, 4 oil boxes worth 1550, varki one packet worth - 300, And did a parcel as nothing happened . It gave a lot of frustration and bad impression on KPN parcel service of Coonoor and KPN service DHARMAPURI 636705

            If we call and ask no proper communication as nothing has happened.

            Note: They pasted the parcel as nothing has happened.

            I recommend people not to use this parcel service for handle with care products and if you want your products safe.

              Booked a KPN travels bus from kovilpatti (09:45P.M) to bangalore (6:30A.M). Bus arrived at kovilpatti by 11:00 P.M with a delay of 1hour 45 mins. Through the journey bus was too slow and driver had many stopings in between for his tea. At 6:58 bus was still at salem which was supposed to cross at 3 to 4A.M. Driver is not giving proper justification for his delay. Bus will reach bangalore by 10:00A.M or 11:00 A.Mbut it was supposed to reach by 6:30 A.M

                        I recently booked a ticket from CHN to CBE via KPN travels app. I have neither received an E-ticket nor an email or text confirmation regarding my journey. I am not able to cancel my ticket, since the website says the given boarding pass number is not valid and I am not able to log in into their app. I tried reaching around 10 to 12 numbers of their offices and branches. None of the number is in service. Kindly guide me with me and help me to get my money back.
