Dear sir this is not a complaint it's only suggestions, that is today iam travel from madurai to chennai morning 10.15 bus @mattuthavani. Travels people's are very kind approach to all customers good the bus ac cooling ok but ac smell and dust (Ie, dust alargy) kindly revert the issues as soon as possible otherwise excellent service. And kindly use room freshner in the bus and provide drinking water for pet bottle. Thx sir cell:[protected]
