Kpn Travels — Bus Cancelled- Amount Refund

Hi,

I have booked ticket from Dharmapuri to Marthandam for the travel on[protected] and got a call from KPN as bus service was cancelled.

but haven't received any mail notification regarding the amount refund, Customer care no one is responding and dropped mail yet no response

booked 3 tickets :3000 Rs

Kindly confirm when the amount will be refunded
