I had booked a bus from dindigul to bangalore. The bus is supposed to leave dindigul by 10 pm. It's 11:50 and the bus is still not arrived. When we speak to the agent here he doesn't have any information. When i called the salem customer care they bus is left madurai now and will take another hour. When questioned about the delay he says traffic which is really unacceptable and when questioned further he said he will speak with the driver and call back in 5 mins. It's 20 mins since he said he willl call back. Worst customer service and these people are just not bothered about customers. It looks like we are travelling for free and he is providing service.
